On october 2018, independent tv was installed at my home but after 2-3 months the service was stopped and last few months i face the disconnection issue.

Currently, i have taken the service of another dth provider.

I had called many times on customer care, send mail to their mail id but i did not receive any response from them. I am attaching a sample mail that i had sent to independent tv for your quick reference.

Now, i want my money refund. Please help me get my money back.

Since feb 2019 still today all chenal 's are stop in independent tv broadcast nathing. Please recovery our 1 yeras subscription rs. 2500 with interest. Any time call customer services center thay do one date, date, again date, again new date. What to do about this no answering torcher?Please help very soon from this problem...
