Independent TV — refund amount due to not provided service.

I have got the connection on december 2018 customer id [protected], but from 2nd february they are switching off many channels and all hd channels. As per there terms they are supposed to give all channels for 1year. Several times i tried to contact through there customer care but no answer and also mailed but no reply so far. As per trai rules service provider has to provide till the date as per agreement.

What to do when no response from there side.

Independent tv customer care is not taking action either for refund of Rs.3400/ with installation charge.
