Independent TV — refund for no services

We have purchased independent tv set box but for the last 2 month there is no service from independent tv. Independent tv said they will provide all channels for 1 year just in rs.3800. We have given it but after 2 months of purchased there is no service. I have no faith in this company now and i want my money refund.
We tried to call cc number and agent number also but no one is responding
