Sir / mam I under signed mr mohan badiget Requesting for please help to refund my amount from independent tv. The stoped the telecast of the chanel from 12th june before that they stopped zee & colors network telecast & some chanels running with strucking i was called to costumer care but they not ptopetly told when it resolving. Please resolve the signal lost error 400 as soon as possible last one week I was unable watch the TV regarding above issue.please do needful

I am facing the error 400 signal lost... Called several times customer care number.. No one responding in a proper way.. Feeling like irritated.. Why only customer suffered in india even though fault is from company side.. They are not even raising a request. Many channel and HD channels not working. If problem not resolved, I have to take legal step for the same. Take necessary action immediately.
I install independent tv but in that dth not work any time signal lost and any time some channel not show that I wish disconnecte the independent tv and get my money refund
