Dear Team,

Sr No.[protected], had subscribed one year subscription on March 2019, after one month Star channels are discontinued when I contacted to a busy customer care calls are impossible to their customer care number then I send a mail to them after 20 days they replied that Star channels are resumed on your set top box, but after 10 days whole service is disconnected, customer care was not contacted as previous, then I had send mail to customer care, had made 3 reminders with in 20 days but they don't reply on single mail till now. Had never seen such a pathetic service they cheat us and made money unlawfully.
Now I want my whole money to be refunded.

I have one year subscription, my indipendent tv id no [protected].since last two months the services are stopped.it is not resumed. refund my balance amount.so for refund of balance amount is not refunded.my address 402, nayonikaresidency, banjaracolony, near balaji nagar auto stand, kurnool. pin 518006.

Mene 1999 mai 1 year ka plane liya he or muskil se 3 mahine use kiya hai
