Dear sir/ma'am I had purchased independent tv at the cost of ₹2000. According to the company 1st year of subscription will be free with all the channels but first they removed all hd channels after that all star channel were unavailable for 20-25 days & after that now all zee channel are unavailable & buffering problem is also there with all the channels. There is no one to attend the call at customer care helpline number. They just put the call on hold & we have to wait for hours but the call will not be answered. Was this information helpful? | |||
