Independent TV — service stopped without any intimation | |||||
Dear independent tv team, I am writing this email to bring to your notice that even after 10-15 Calls and emails i am still unable to get my issue resolved, from the Day i have installed your set top box, its not working properly, Firstly it was 10-15 channels now its totally disconnected/stopped. I Tied contacting your customer care team through all numbers shared by The installation team, however no action is done so far, your customer Care team simply give lame excuses that there is some technical issue And services would be continued soon, at first they mentioned 1st of June than 19th of june, now 2 july, now 3rd august. They simply disconnect my calls without even listening to my concern, Now i now what kind o[censored]seless people are working with this company And what kind of customer care joke you guys are playing with Customers on the name of support. I am not sure what kind of service You people are providing and what gains you are getting by making Customers fool. I have waited enough and now i have no other option to Go in the shelter of consumer court, i have already registered my Complaint with the docket number "1398413".
