Independent TV — setup box

I booked connection thru independence tv paying all the amount around 2300 for 1 year but after 6 months all the times they created problem by channel remove or whether problem inspite whether good. All hd channels now disappeared. Please help me. When complain dial screen no. [protected] it doesn't work, on dial [protected] they say technician will come and take 150 rupees to fix.. Why i have to pay if i have paid for year and not my fault.
