Independent TV — unavailability of hd channels

Dear sir/madam,

Rakesh kumar singh residing at indirapuram, ghaziabad, up. I have chosen independant tv instead of videocon d2h and opt for freedom pack. During the same you have provided good channel list but suddenly you have removed some sd channels and all hd channels. This is really disgusting.

There is not a single mistake from our side but you have played different term. We dont know whether trai is doing and it was your commitment to us to have full list of channels. At present we do not have single hd channel available with us.

I request you to either you start hd channels on your own expense or end our services and return our money.

This is against the consumer and really frustrating.

Do the needful at the earliest and do not ignore this message.
