I am very concerned as I ordered clothes from the company called India Emporium (www.indiaemporium.com) on March 12th, 2014 for an amount of INR/18, 791.95 (approx. USD$314.51) through order #[protected] with them. After a while with no updates I asked for status and they responded informing that the item ordered is no longer available, despite the fact it was still posted on their website; they then asked me on March 28th, 2014 to replace the product for another one. I responded on March 29th, 2014 with the new selection, which had a lesser cost of INR/3117 to my favour. They responded on March 31st, 2014 indicating they had updated the order and would ship within 7-10 business days. I then wrote to them on April 4th asking for a status and didn´t receive a response. I then wrote on May 3rd, 2014 and didn´t get a response. I wrote again on May 7th, 2014 after which they responded asking me to pay an extra amount of INR/3117. I responded stating that the difference in the item was due in my favour and not theirs, and they responded on May 8th accepting the mistake and saying that the order would again ship in one week. I wrote again on May 15th and received no response. I wrote again on May 18th and they responded the next day stating I should wait another 10 days for the order to be shipped. I have been writing daily since then and have gotten no response to this date. Throughout the last two+ months we have been trying to chat with support at their website and no one answers, have tried calling their phone number in every country and no answer. This website is commiting online fraud and this should be penalized by law. Please help!
