India Emporium — Product Received is not same as product ordered


I ordered a Lehenga from India emporium and when I received the product I noticed that it is not same as I ordered. Please refer to photos sent. I'm not satisfied at all with the product. I talked to someone named Asif and he is insisting that the product is same and got some minor difference. I cannot accept something with a difference. The photos clearly shows the difference.

I'm a mauritian. I purchased a lehenga online from The lehenga that I saw on the website was full of embroidery and the one I received is less embroidered. I sent an email same day I got the product and also talked to someone named Asif. He is insisting that the product is same as I ordered only a minor difference. But the difference is not a minor stuff. I'm not happy at all with the product. Please compare the two photos and advise accordingly.
