I desperately wanted to send sweets to my husband on his birthday but the whole day passesd and no items have been delivered. While i have placed the order one day before the delivery date. While they have a special column for same day delivery. They hav assured the right time delivery. I made it clear and assured myself by calling customer support number 3 times. Order id = hifn[protected].. I will never recommend this useless website to anyone. I want the refund because indiafloristnetwork.com cannot make his birthday come again.
