I ordered through india gifts mall on 14th of aug, 2015. bit it is still not delivered, when we try to call them they will not lift the phone we don't know what to do, how to take our money refund.dear friends don't believe this website, fake website they will service your orders.

    Good day

    I had placed an order with you for 500 g boondhi laddos to be delivered to Auckland, New Zealand on the 7th October 2013. The product only reached the place on destination on the 23rd October 2013. I have been informed by the recipient that the product has gone spoilt. I am very, very disappointed with hearing this. I will never ever use your website to do on line shopping. You should pay more interest in making spoilt free products especially if they are shipped to Foreign Countries. I stress that I am very disappointed in your products and your service.

      I ordered a rakhi gift set online from India Gifts Mall.com

      My credit card was charged but I have not received any confirmation email to even know the status of my order. If you try calling the number on their website listed as +[protected] it is always switched off
      There is no response from their email either. Needless to say my gift is not delivered as yet.
      I even sent a message in their Facebook page with no response. I think I have lost my money Rs 1448.
      It's a shame that their customer service is do poor.
