India Gigolo Services — taken money and services not provided

There is a girl called zoya (Whatsapp no - +91 [protected]) who posted her advertisement on locanto where she is offering "required male / female for gigolo & escorts job in delhi"

First she asked for your basic details like name, age, height, weight profession and photographs
Once you share details, she will call you and ask for registration fee which is 5100 inr (Refundable) for 6 months.
One you deposit money, she will send you the client photographs and ask for 12000 to be paid in hotel which will be later refunded by client.
She will block your number after that and your money will be gone.
This is big fraud happening in delhi/ncr.
Here is the link where the ad has been posted by her. I want someone to take some serious action against such fraud companies. I am also one of the victims and don't know how to move forward so thought to share on this forum. Though i am going to register police complaint as well.
