India Ideas — my recharge has been failed but the amount has been debited.

I have recharged my jio number [protected]. I have paid the amount using my upi id. The amount has been debited from my account but it has shown that the recharge has been failed. I have contacted my service provider jio but they told that they can do nothing. Now how can i get my money back. The transaction id is[protected]. Can you give me ans how to resolve the issue.

On 16 December I did a Tatasky recharge thru Tatasky app. My bank account with Corporation Bank debited but Tatasky account not credited still. See image attached for the transaction details from bank.

This complaint had not been resolved yet. My Tatasky account is not credited with the recharge amount of 735 nor has the amount been refunded to my bank account
