Hello Team,

I am a very old customer of IIFL and signed up for a life time free membership of 555 at the time of joining, But from last few years I am noticing that amount of ~Rs 45 [Rs.40 + tax] per month was deducted from my account as monthly AMC charges and now this is one time fee of Rs.450 without any notification to the customer.The billing for this financial year has been done in the month of May 2016.This is completely breach of agreement against to what i have signed up and have the snapshot copied for reference. I have called them up several times in the past and raised this with the grievances cell and now they came back saying - "please note we are reversing Rs 555/- as the scheme life time free is discontinued". My request is to refund the entire amount deducted since beginning in the name of AMC and wanted to continue with the life time free membership as i have signed up for it.

Hello Team,

Its been close to a week now and all the IIFL team has done so far is trying to convince me instead of resolving the issue, My request is very straightforward, As a consumer when i have signed up for a life time AMC, please allow me to continue with the same and all the new rules/policies should be imposed for newly signed up customers. This is practise followed by many other vendors and why IIFL cant follow this ?
I am sure this is not just with me but with many other account holders and wanted to raise this concern to get the top priority so that these fraudsters dont continue the malpractice anymore.

Senior Officer Sandeep Bhatt, with Rahul will use your trading account without your concern. and even they use your saving account without your concern. when you ask for the clarification they will miss guide you
so pl. dont open any trading account in IIFL.

    I hve exciting 4 demat accoutns with this compamy which are unfreeze d by the company. i hve provided the suitable documents to unfreeze my accounts so i can trade in my holding..their is already some share in my 4 accounts holding but the think is, this BS company is not unfreezing my accounts and nobody is giving an proper reply ..since last 15 days m tired of this ..speaking to each and every one in the main branch office.. every time new guys comes and i hve to explain the whole story ..but no one comes to help..and takes the responsibilites..this guys and the company is too much frustating no body cares for the customers... i need to sell my shares at the correct time otherwise i will loose my money... who is responsible..???

    Mr.Nirmal jain...I m a client of your company during last 10 years...in equity and segment. but suddenly they blocked my user id with out any notice and information...I have a holding position so right now I can't able to trade in no offline or online. even my RM can't trace my a/c from his system and I already sent to mail to ur customer care regarding this matter but still they can't able to solve it and no reply me So at this moment who will take my loss liabilities as yesterday I was in profit position after blocked my a/c...so sir pls take an action as soon as possible they can able to do trade from my a/c online and offline..Otherwise I have to close my a/c from IIFL immediately….

      I have gone through my demat account and come to know about many unexpected and unauthorized charges leived by company.
      1. I have already two accounts in other companies when i open demat account in your organization, your rep calls me, visited at my place and explain me that why i am paying rs 300 annually for amc charges when iifl is offering life time free account for rs 750 account opening and additionaly rs 555 for life time free account so i paid 1405 for life time free account, when i go through my account statement i come to know that you are charged overraal rs 1410 from 2014 for amc charges and make debit balance and mailing me for payment and also charging extra for non payment montly
      How come a reputed company like iifl would do this type of fraud activities with customers. If your rep would have told me than i would not have open account as i already paid in advance for more than four 4 years.
      O i request you to reverse rs 1410 in my account and confirm asap

        Help to sort out the interst issue with iifl gold loan section.
        I have monthly paid my interst on time and still iifl charging me intrest and penelty on my account.
        My due date is 30 every month and i have paid june month intrest on june 29 and it was credited on iifl on 30 june 4.44 p. M and now they charged me extra 360 rs in terms of penelty, pls help me to sort out the issue. Branch and customer will not handle my issue.

          Sir, I had opened one demat account with IIFL in 2007 under plan 555, which clearly says that there will be no annual maintenance charges. But they are charging since then at the rate of 400 rupees, I have contacted customer services many a time but got no response. Pls help me out.

            There is a sudden debit balance in my account on account of charges debited. Ever since i have been getting initmation from your kolkata office. I have been trying to close my account sinc before that trying to co ordinate with ms neha for my account since i am a resident of dhanbad and there is no presence of iifl here. Neha does not bother to take calls. After lot of follow up i could finally reach to mr. Praveen gupta who is also a very busy person and even after submission of my closure request to him in april, i have not been able to get my scrips transferred and my account closed.

            I am seriously worried as to whether iifl wants to wack away my scrips worth more than 25k. I fail to understand that with this standard o service how does the organization think of even applying for a banking license. Need immediate response and closure of my account. I shall be forced to escalate this further hereon.

              We have buy excide life insurance policy throw iifl agent. They said that we have pay premium only for 3 years. But when we recive policy premium pay for 16 years. I go to iifl office agents said that they have change premium years for 3 yers within 15 day. But stil they can't do that. I mail exide life company but they answer my problem. What can i do.

                    I had opened an account with iifl chennai in august 2013 for trading but never really used it. however, i had transferred an amount of inr10, 000 and 2, 809 vide icici bank cheque no 240081 and 240082, which were debited from my account on 01/08/2013. when i submitted a request for closure of my account and refund of the balance, they were not able to trace the funds transferred. since then i have written several emails along with the screen shot of my bank account statements to provide details of the amounts debited. however, no action has yet been taken by the company. my account details are mentioned below:client id: 14296234, login id:otcbsaro

                      I had very bad experience while opening account in IIFL. Actually I pricessed onlie and submitted all of the document including fee and initial transaction amount. I got the congratulatuon message but while trying to login it shows failure message. When I contacted with concerned RM only I coukd get the information that it will take time.
                      Now my only concern is that how long it takes to open an account in IIFL.

                      Kindly requesting to cancel my account and revert my amount I do not need such account which takes time unnecessary

                        I have been trying to change my phone number in my account of iifl but when i send them request to change my phone number they are always giving me reason like "they can not verify the sign" instead of giving me solution to verify my identity. I'm trying to change my account phone number like 1.5 year. So i can sell my stocks. Like they are really not aware of thing that coz me to loose my money.

                          When i was taking the loan respective branch manager was saying that i can pay the loan interest monthly / quarterly / half-yearly / annually which is flexible to me and same is mentioned in my sanction letter....

                            I am ganapathy narayanan and I pledged my jewels in iifl chinmaya nagar branch in Chennai. For the past three years i paid interest and last year June month I converted my loan as emi
                            There I a 3 month due balance bcause I got with brain stroke and hospitalized. Now I am in overseas and my parents approach the branch with 2 due amount but I'm the branch they said the jewels are taken to head office in perungudi . And today my parents went to perungudi branch and they are telling already the jewels gone to auction. Now let me know what to do next step. I paid interest amount more than the jewels cost. I need back my jewels. My parents are now moving to take legal action by giving complaint in police.

                              I my self mr. Nagraj ramayya togi having gold loan in your borivali branch my gl no is 5642403.5558949&5587506. Sir with out my knoweldege with out any information or notice they have put my gold in auction on 2nd may i had paid 1400/-rs as interest of 5587506 that time mr. Mahendra shukla was the in charge when i ask for my other gl status he reply me we cant provide you because of renevotion i agreed suddenly after week mr. Himanshu informed me that your two gl a/c no 564203 & 5558949 has gone to auction when i ask for the notice pod (Proof of delevery) he failed but he called to auction department they has given me 24 hrs time then also i manged next day when i viste to branch with money he has waited for half an hour answering me that auction department person is not picking up the phone i asked why mr shukal has given wrong information if he had inform me on 2nd may i used arrange and i also given a business of 5lac client name are mr.                                 I have a loan on flat from jaipur c-scheme branch on march 2016 sanctioned amount rs 24lac. 19.28 lac repayment to canfin homes and balance amount not release bcz they need endorsement paper of my property and i full fill this requirement then they raise another requirement then many times i request them to release rs 1 lac rs.In april month and they will. Now my balance amount not release till date that i already full fill all requirements.
                                Please look in to the matter. I give up to all these thing that i cant wander daily to leave my job. Please resolve my matter and release my payment that i need money to medical urgency.

                                  Myself manjunatha adiga s, i have applied home loan in iifl, now am regretting for the same. After 45 days of time still not able to receive the loan.

                                  Today (16th may) they confirmed for registration and they have made me wait for 4 hours in sub registered office and they failed to provide dd and executive response is very poor.

                                  Due to false promise, loss of pay (3k) for me from my organization. Will it bare by iifl.

                                  I will not recommended iifl to my friends and family members in future.

                                  Kindly take necessary action bare my loss.

I have asked vehicle loan statement to the collection manager but he is not responding to me. he is telling for any statement u have to go to the head office only. I have took here in banglore how can I go to head office in Mumbai. . He is not ready to listen to our problems talking very roadly ... HE TOOK MY VEHICLE FOR RE POSITION WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE BUT STILL I DIDN'T GET ANY NOTICE . I visited so many times tothat branch but that collection branch manager is not responding to me. .. I request you to please slove my problem as soon as possible. ..

                                    I had purchased 1000 axis bank lot on 12.01.2016 @507.00. Due to sudden fall in rate, i decided to carry it and i also spoke to hold it. But surprisingly my lot sold @491.00 on 13.05.2016 without my knowledge and confirmation which in turns i suffered loss by rs 17000.00.
                                    In this connection i sent mail on 13.05.2016 but neither i got reply nor any authorised person contacted to me.
                                    It clearly indicate that you are doing for only brokerage not for customers benefits. I made mistake by transferring all my shares from jm financial.

                                      IIFL sent text messages to their customers to pay an incentive of Rs 50 for each of online payment made by the customers, I made eleven online payments for my two gold accounts, they never bothered credit the incentive promised on the date of receiving the online payment .looking at their cheating i had closed my accounts by paying what was demanded at the branch to my surprise they refused to provide me accounts statements saying the branches are not supposed the provide the same to customers . They also refused to confirm the incentive credits saying their head office just cheat customers by just promising, looking at this i demanded for my account statement which supplied my after delay of one month and it is confirmed that they never credited my account with incentive and on my repeated requests they now come up with a statement which is showing a credit of Rs 100 at closure of my account in December 2015 and not refunded the same till date . I supposed to get Rs 550 towards the incentive and they are now comming with new excuses . Request all who had made the online payments and demand their due from IIFL.
