Unauthorized AMC Charges

I had demat account with you with client id GAGAN192.On the time of opening of account i opt for the Rs. 555 AMC for lifetime free. i was not active in market since last 15 months but last week i had figured out that the Rs. 45 is being debited from my account every months since July on the name of AMC charges. this is totally fraud as You not stuck on your own points....

i am from ahmedabad, gujarat... shashank shah : [protected] i got a phone call from IIFL they call me your son won any quiz competition and please come with your wife at our office and collect your son's certificate and gift, there is family function at our office and force to come with my wife, after that i went there they told me we would like to explain you insurance plan if you like then buy it otherwise take certificate & holiday voucher and go home, i agree to understand, they explain me about IIFL and reliance insurance company, at the end of they show me smart cash plus plan and on paper they calculate my 16 years plan... as per that they told me about combo plan (husband+wife) sum assure is Rs. 7, 40, 000.00 and give me commitment, i got 5, 18, 000 (70%) in between 4 years to 13 year and after 16 year i got 100% (740000.00)+ 4% every years bonus means 64% (473600.00) + 30% (222000.00) loyalty bonus. total is : 518000+1435600. india infoline office : they rented an office at 308, 3rd floor, sukhsagar complex, nr. hotel foutune landmark, ushmanpura, ahmedabad. contact person at there : miss. avani patel : [protected]

    I have demat account with India Infoline, ahmedabad since last five years with lifetime free category, now without any intimation from 2014 company deducted Yearly 600 Rs approx. AMC charges. Now when i call customer care they asked me the another scheme that your account in not higher than 2lac portfolio so we charge only 100 rs per year, but they did not return back previously deducted money. so help me to get my money back my mo no is[protected].

      This is regarding my trader account with secunderabad branch, id: tabraham.
      I am a project management consultant, with two decades of profession experience with reputed banks in managerial cader india & abroad, i served with u s defense for two years.
      I have been an active client since six months, was assigned a lady named prerna, who did a commendable job..However since the past two months has been pathetic as they replaced her with a rude guy namely c. Krishna mohan, who does not possess any relationship manager qualities. He is rude & blunt, doesn't attend to calls politely. I have been trying to redeem my mutual fund shares since, second week of may..This person never gave me a positive response till last week...When he started argueing that, he did not care who i am, my money or account does not matter any much for him..As the company has appointed him & they pay him..So he does not care who i am..Or anything.
      My mutual fund has been redeemed on monday, but has not been credited to my account till date !
      I have send mails to officials, but none responded & no one has contacted me regarding the issue !
      I do not wish to call that person & be humiliated...
      I requested a new relationship manager with whom i can interact & discuss business..Not with c krishna mohan who is under the impression that the company and we owe him..& he is doing us a favor...By dealing with ouor shares.
      I request iifl to kindly, get these head strong people some quality training before you designate them these positions.

      This is an extention to my previous complaint ! I have been trying hard to connect & seek solution with IIFL but they seem to be much busy with other things than their clients.
      Firstly, I explained that I am left with no proper relationship with the company as people over there are quite busy & rude they do not respond politely..for this the Customer Service has advised me to download a form & submit a request in order to assign me to another Relationship Manager...which is quite surprising !!!
      The company should take the suggestion seriously & implement the requisite action.

      Secondly, the Mutual funds, which I am trying to redeem since second week of May, has not been done yet ! I have spent time & Money to communicate with your Relationship Manager since May second week..but till date nothing has been done ! Moreover my mails & calls are being ignored seriously.

      I request the Management to kindly provide me with mail ids of people to whom I can escalate the matter for proper resolution than beating around the bush.

        Sir/madam,

        I have availed gold loan on 25.01.2013 at rajamundry-devichowk branch (Bm2982).

        Loan details as below:

        Loan no: gl2382007
        Receipt num 2445231
        Uniq identity num 7f5d8e49

        I already repaid up to date interest up to feb-2014 in the month of feb-2014 itself.

        After that i have not received any call or any notice letter from iifl.

        I went to the devichowk branch on 01.07.2015 to close my jewel loan but i was shocked by the answer given by the iifl staff that my jewels went for auction to mumbai.

        With out giving any notice and intimation how will iifl will auction my jewels, but iifl staff informed to me they already sent notice to my address but i didn't received any notice from iifl.

        Then furnish the details of the notice with register post number and please send the public paper auction notice image in 2 languages in 2 news paper to my mail with dates of publish.


        For your kind information i am attaching my jewel sanction letter copy.

        Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

            Dear Sir I am a very old customer of IIFL. My login id is RANJUKUB. Few days back Mr Ranjit prasad (RELATIONSHIP manager) phoned me and asked about the new IPO Manpasand. I refused him to buy. But without my consent, he purchased this IPO. Since my acount did not have sufficient funds so You people sold some of the shares in my holding. This caused me financial loss for the reason to which I am not responsible.               Sir, At the fag end of March, 15, i rcvd a call from one Mr. JP Sharma calling himself to be from the Insurance Verification Dept, said that a bonus has been accrued against the LIC policy of my B-in-L for which I had to show some relationship insurance. He forced me to take an insurance policy in Future Generali for Rs. 25, 000 and later with Bharti AXA for Rs. 35, 000. Now, the phone numbers have been switched off and nobody responds. Pressurizing people to take insurance have formed the basis of insurance canvassing. Requesting you to look into the matter urgently especially with India Infoline.

                I received calls from this[protected] number. He was telling me that he is from City bank Delhi head office and he provide me Rs.10, 00, 000/- loan against only Future Generali insurance policy with premiums of Rs.50000/- per year. I got the policy but not received loan. They have cheated me. They don't pick the phone. There should be a legal case against them. They do policy on telling loan on behalf of insurance policy.                     Sir I want to lodge a complaint against your branch employee for unethical behavior. Sir today 11:00 am in the morning I went to bank for depositing of cash 5 lac. I stand in a Que when my turn came teller of the branch started to collect cash from others customer when i requested her to free myself 1st because it was my turn then she shouted on me and said it is huge cash i will take it in bulk. Then I approach to bank complaint desks there branch DM was on sheet she did not lodge my complaint and also she has not given mail id where i can complaint. Both of lady Disgrace me and scene did not stopped then teller told one note is less in your packet then I ask her to check the packet with hand count before me then she told there is fake not in the cash. I could not understand first she said there is 1 note short and the same time said there is fake note. When i ask her to show me note she did not care and after five minute she showed. Above all sir she had not counted cash before me and when i ask her to why you have not checked cash before me then too she did not care . When I approach to Sr Officer DM she shouted on me and my staff who was along with me. And for your kind information I am also a cashier in my branch and i have checked all notes in note detected machine and counted them. At the time of opening I opted for Rs 555 scheme for life time free maintenance (like AMC etc...). But, from last 1 year or so, I am being charged Rs 43 every month.                         I just got a call from your number +[protected], the person offered me so that I can buy SBI mutual fund today @10/Share. He also told me that prices will never go below the at part value of INR 10/-. If you allow this kind of misleading info to other people with no knowledge at all, it is no good and unlawful. The person called me on May 20, 2015 at 2:23PM from +[protected].

                              Dear Sir/mam, > This is to bring in your knowledge that i am a customer of your gold loan scheme, Loan Account no. GL4860039, Sir i had availed a loan on gold bangles at khajanchian bajar branch, At the time of Procurment of gold loan Ms UMA was there and she has completed the paper fomalities and a loan of INR 47000/- was granted.There after due to some clerical eror from UMA there is a slag in papers and she asked me to come again to branch and close the existing gold loan and again a fresh loan is applied under loan account no. GL4860039. > After this MS UMA has kept the original copy of the gold loan saying that printer is not working and she will hand over it later. > Sir, after this the original copy of the gold loan paper was handed to Mr Madan Bishoni(collection employee) by Uma, and asked him to hand over this to me . > MR Madan Bishoni came to me and asked for 200 Rs against the original bill, which i had denied to give as this was not the right thing and i called to Uma regarding this, Ms Uma says that she will take the copy from madan and will keep with himself . > Therafter because of some family reasons and job prospective, i was not available at bikaner.and i submitted my intrest in month of feb2015, now after 2 month when i go to YADAV COMPLEX branch to release my gold, it was denied as i dont have the original reciept, because of which i called Ms Uma from the branch no. and asked for the same.she told that Mr MADAN BISHNOI(collection Officer) has willingly destroyed the original reciept to harras me not only this when i try to talk to Territory mangaer over there(MR Azish George)he threatend me that, we will say that we dont have your original copy and as there will be no CCTV footage available of that time now, your gold will be not given to you and sold out. > Sir/mam, this depict the highly irresponsible behavior and bribe asking from the employee.I have talked to customer helpline also and they had asked me to go through proper channel.Sir/mam I have got all the telephonic discussion voice recording, which clearly depicts the behaviour, > I hereby request you to take some disciplinary action against MR MADAN BISHNOI, Ms UMA & Mr jeorge(territoy managaer) for mentally harrasing me and threating me. > Looking forward for your positive response.

                                I first Raised my request to transfer Home Loan from IIFHL to HSBC(my employer) on 23 February 2015. Since then I have sent numerous mails(<[protected]@iihfl.com>, ibrahim.[protected]@indiainfoline.com) and Called their contact centre on[protected], however till date I have not received any update on this. Either the contact numbers wont work or they wont respond to the emails sent. Once in a blue moon they respond and all they say is as below (Dear Customer, Greetings from IIHFL!                                   Hi Actually I am a common person, used to get loan from iifl, I have a complain. about my gold chain worth as rs 30000/- which has been mispalced by an employee of the iifL ( whole incident was that when I have checked the all gold items which I had kept for loan 2 year ago, there was a gold chain is misplaced when I asked about the misplaced gold chain they directly refused me n said that Employees have been changed so it would be misplaced by them on that time.we can't do anything for this, so requested to iifl bank that please verified again the whole secnrio asap I want my gold chain back in any terms ..thanking you hope for your better support ..

                                    IIFL employee never keep their words. they changed their policy without informing to customer and their customer service representative don't know how to speak with their customer. i asked few question when they don't have the answers related to home loan they said. " SIR I[censored] HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS THEY GO AND APPLY LOAN FROM OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS " They people always committed wrong commitments with their customers.

                                      Sir, I (Ujjal Paramanik ) holding trading a/c with your company details are Account :[111UJJAL ] UJJAL PARAMANIK, FLAT NO-1303, GF GH-1, SEC-28, ROHINI, NEW DELHI, DELHI, .PinCode :110042. Last one year, I deposited more than 1 Lac in my account, Month of May, I came to know that agency people (RM) doing trading in their own without my prior approval. I informed to RM, ensure for settled and no more transaction in my account. After that nobody confirmed me the ledger balance in my a/c and profit & loss.. every time when I called at the company’s RM (AMIT) told me that sir we will provide update ledger balance and details after the market hours then we will let you know. In reality they make me fool. when I confirmed about my ledger in August, found only 4K in my accounts. After several communication (enclosed) but still awaited the details. Requesting to take proper step against what ever had been done without my permission.If you peacefully solve my problems I shall be grateful to you. Regards/Ujjal
