    I have visited your br Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore Br to inquire about the refund of funds of Rs 223200/- which is long pending at your end.
    When I went to Branch to give the complaint letter there is no complaint box or register in the branch I inquired your Staff Mr Mukesh and Asif about the same but I got the reply from the team saying that they are not maintaining any register or box and also informed that we have to contact only through mail.
    But as per your website complaint mechanism Customer can give complaint over the counter or customer care but no one is not accepting complaints over the counter.
    I contacted your customer care no which is mentioned in your website under complaint mechanism but the executive Madhuri replied that they only deal with fresh loan queries and the team is not aware of complaint nodal officer numer or mail ID

    My sister has not received the funds yet br staff is telling that funds will come to her bank account with in one day but not happening the same
    My sister Hanusha has participated in property auction bidding on 08.07.2022 and paid bidding amount of Rs 223200/- but she did not win the bid.As per the auction procedure the amount is to be refunded with in 7 working days since she is not the successful bidder.
    Kindly refund her amount to the bank account details which she mentioned in the bidding form itself
    After making several calls to branch team, they collected her account details saying that the funds will be returned to her account with in 24 hours but not yet received and no one is responding properly.

    Kindly do the needful.

      I have taken a gold loan from IIFL bearing no. GL15892676 in the month of May, 2020. from West Vinod Nagar, Branch, Delhi-110092. I did not received any information/documents for closure of above said loan account. Today I visited the Branch to know that when the said loan was closed but the dealing person has shown his inability to confirm whether the said loan was closed or auctioned. He also told that he has no supporting document. I request you to please arrange to provide the proof that when this loan was closed as I have not received any notice for auctioned and provide me closure documents.         My Grievance is to bring to your kind attention that my loan was processed and approved by IIFL Home Loan my account no. 961006 in my name where IIFL home has approved a loan of Rs.2020000/- against keeping my property situated at 27, Jangpura Road, Bhogal, New Delhi-110014 (Half share ) as collateral well it should (loan against property), I had submitted a registry of my property to IIFL Home loan and signed all necessary documents.

        Only Rs.20000/- was given rest amount has been disbursed my property value is above Rs.90 Lac, IIFL home loan in there welcome letter states they have disbursed Rs. 187790/-, loan is not disbursed but they have levied charges like Insurance, Interest and other on me without disbursing the loan and asking me to pay Pre Emi of Rs.2316/- for Rs.187790/- . There is no construction of property how can they charge pre EMI also they have reported the full loan as disbursal to my CIBIL which is wrong and unjust.
        nobody is taking my complaint from there branch, customer care though i have written emails to there nodal officers but no response, I guess it is a matter of insurance commissions that executive get on loans or other, requested either disbursal of the loan or close the loan and give NOC as i have already paid 2316 X10 installments back to IIFL Ltd which equals more than Rs.20000/-, I will not pay charges for un disbursed loan amounting to Rs 167790/- which includes interest, processing fee, insurance etc on full loan.

          I have taken a personal loan in IIFL in 2017
          Loan A/C SL1038065 Sanctioned Amount Rs. 6, 800 Disbursed on 26/11/2017
          A few days back I went for an Educational loan and it was rejected.
          Because overdue amount Rs.51 mentioned in this account

          But now i paid this amount.
          i request you to please update this account as no overdue and close this account
          due to this overdue amount my loan is rejecting.
          please try to understand my issue and solve this as soon as posible.

            I had gold loan from IIFL Ahmedabad Bopal Branch.. My Gold was Auctioned and IIFL sand me Latter of my refund amount..
            From last 15 days im continuously asking my branch For Refund.i submitted my account detail and cheque aswell with name printed on it but there is no satisfied replay from branch..thay told me that we mailed your process but there is no response from mains..thay told me dont call me.."upar se jab aayega tab aap main aa jayega refund ". This is not the way to talk with costomer
            That is not costomers lookout i need my refund ass soon as possible..

            I mailed my cheque on [protected]@indiainfoline.com and submitted my cheque and bank detail but from there side also no responce from last 7 days..

            I need my amount back..refund it on urgent basis..

              Hi,
              I have noticed a fake overdue in my credit score reports (crif and experian).
              The report says that I have taken an amount of Rs. 3750 in October 2017 and have been paying till March 2021 and after that it is reported overdue and the amount to be paid is 31.
              The only app I remeber using at that time was Krazybee but the services are now closed by the company itself.
              I have tried reporting this to IIFL through CIBIL but no use. Every time I got a reply back that the report in my credit score report is correct.
              If it is correct at least give me a way to clear and close it.

                  Hi,
                  I have applied for a loan from IIFL, Executive name Vishu Deva came to my home for the formalities. He didn't give any sanction letter to me even though my loan was dispersed as well. He came to my home for my & wife signatures.. he didn't allow us to read even a sentence, he didn't show any letter or bifirfuction of loan amount to us, once we signed the docket, he told us that the insurance amount is 1, 430000 which actually costs 80k, it is completely fraud, he asked for the stamp paper money of 7000 rs.
                  He asked for the money favours as well, for which I completely denied.
                  He took our phones, did e- signatures of me and wife himself only.

                  This is completely fraud!! Please help us.

                    Such a pathetic customer support by IIFL..
                    I used to have shares in KARVY stock broking. As soon as karvy ended its services I received a sms from IIFL stating my karvy holdings are frozen and I need to activate demat account on IIFL to regain access to my holdings.
                    I have put lot of efforts activating my demat account in IIFL.. I got a sms from IIFL that my account is activated. I even received my IIFL user ID and password...

                    My IIFL HOME loan monthly EMI not deducted from my account in month of August.Finance company IIFL Said your cheque was bounced but my bank account was available sufficient balance for emi deduction at the date of Emi deduction 10 August 2022.
                    Bank said no suitable answers for EMI deduction what can I do EMI bounce penalty they charged i also paid emi online mode.There is no clear decision

                      I have Taken a Loan Against Property From IIFL in Feb 2019 of Rs. 11, 80, 000/- out of this amount I got of Rs, 10, 61, 134/- Rest 1, 18, 866/- I was in assumption that there is an loan insurance policy of Rs. 80, 000/- but today I came know that there is only 22, 067/- policy was taken by bank when I checked with insurance company after so much follow up from Bank.

                      Bank has provided me a top-up loan of Rs. 1, 86, 000/- out of this I got only 45000 in my account rest I am not aware where, why, when & how adjusted by bank. After so much of effort i arrange the fund from friends & relative & paid Rs. 1, 81, 450/- against this loan in Dec 2021 after almost one bank is asking for 35000/- more from me. Now I am help less because my Property's original paper is with bank they will not give me that paper until they get there all willing amount. Request you to please help to get this issue resolved.

                        I am very disappointed to bring this to your notice that i had taken loan from Kreditbee and made their every repayment on time and loan account closed before due date. But i don't know how it's not updated in your records and is affecting my CIBIL score.

                        Loan Sanctioned Co-Lenders:
                        Lender-1: IIFL | Loan no: SL3026883
                        Lender-2: KreditBee | Loan No: KB211116VHMRV

                        IIFL Loan number on CIBIL report status is overdue of payment:

                        I have applied loan on Kreditbee app and loan was sanctioned. The EMI’s was paid & account closed on 02-Feb-2022. The Lender-2(KrazyBee) status is showing as closed, But the Lender-1(IIFL) account status have not been updated in IIFL and showing as active account & have amount overdue.

                        Please refer attachments my bank statement, Kreditbee App screenshots, my cibil report & all screenshots. Please check and respond, It impacts on my CIBIL report from Feb’22 to till now.

                        I'm here to address the issue I'm facing right now because of kreditbee like I was a user of their application for more than 4 years like on and off but I decided to stop using their application once and and for all in the month of May by paying all the payments prior to the date and month but in my experian/cibil score report it shows I've active kreditbee flexi loan and my due payment towards IIFL is RS 164 like it effects my cibil score yet there is no one from their side to resolve this. I requested them to delete my account permanently but it's not working as well. What kind of sorcery is this if there is any late payment they charge 100rs perday and there is no transparency in their app nothing is updated there just scamming and calling every night and then asking to pay. Why would I pay when I didn't miss any paent for the last 6 months. Please do the needful talking to kreditbee representative team is like banging my head against the wall for no reason.

                            My wife Arti Kumar has been inundated with daily sms message on payment of service charges in her mobile. This company is on its own raising the debit charges based on the period unpaid and keep on sending message on the outstanding.

                            This company for once, has not provided the guidance to my wife for investment and not only that it has been responsible for the losses suffered by my wife for the investment made .

                            The company's representative VIPIN ( [protected]) made representation to my wife on behalf of the company and convinced my wife to make an investment of INR 2.00 Lakhs. After the first few months of interaction, the said person dropped out of scene and never did the company or their representative ever showed up.

                            The hard earned money has been cheated by showing guidance on investment and we do not know the outcome. On top it the company is sending SMS to claim service charges.

                            We wish to recover the investment amount lost by this company

                                My complaint with IIFL finance Ltd. Request no. Is 4397366 raised on 23rd June 2022. Our home account number was 730226.Amount of ₹ 14491/- deducted from my father's account after the home loan being closed with the company. After requesting so many times they are not refunding such amount. Kindly pay attention to my concern.

                                  I'll resign from job at 1st September 2021, and my 60 days notice period is 30th October 2021 that showed in andranalin software, I'll worked till 30th October 2021 and when i trying to get my reliving letter but company told me i have to pay Rs. 50422, As per procedure i'll worked till notice period then why i have to pay that amount.plz be needful.

                                    I know you are holding my fnf and releaving letter. one thing I informing to you this is not fare to the good company which act with his ex-employee for Releaving letter and FNF settlement.
                                    Please understand customer gold with iifl finance even as of today and customer paying interest also how do you think this is loss to the company and this is generating revenue to the company.
                                    I'm not arguing with the company i need my experience letter and FNF settlement without delay and also already I'm not getting any job last 4 months I'm not getting salary for my family maintenance is too difficult due to experience letter not received from your end.

                                    I worked in IIFL FINANCE from 04/02/2021 to 19/04/2022 but till today I'm not getting satisfaction response from IIFL Finance
                                    I'm worked in Bangalore the company Hr dept will not response clearly
                                    My fnf settlement 30000 not paid till today and also my releaving letter not received till today kindly take action against them
                                    Still I'm not getting any response from IIFL Finance
                                    Dear Consumer Complaint Team,
                                    I'm not getting any response from IIFL Finance for getting my releaving letter and also this is the worst experience in my life the employer is not provided releaving letter to his ex employee. It's already 5 months after i out of company still they are act very badly.

                                    Please take action in this regard
