I’m Parth Mali, I did apply loan on online after that I got call a lady whose asked me calling from iifl personal loan on 3rd-Jun-22. She’s asked me sending my documents after that I did sent my documents. I got a mail on my personal loan sanction by IIFL after that one person called me and asked me, You gave twos guarantee person whose salary 35k or pay 2 emis on advanced after that your loan disbursement. I can’t provide...

Plz cancel Zest money Amazon voucher loan

I, Manish Varde, resident of Panjim Goa was an employee of IIFL gold Loan. Kindly help me getting the same from the HR. Or if possible kindly provide me the HR contact details or mail id so that I can follow up with them.

I tried to send to the HR on their email id [protected]@iifl.com. However it bounced back. I tried calling on the customer care too for help but they said I cannot send...

I have been given a fake personal loan of 16000.
I have not requested for any personal loan from IIFL but I have received email that I have been given personal loan and I have also received email that they received first emi of 1976 rupees from me.

this is completely disgusting!!!

I have requested for foreclosure letter for my add-on home loan account IL10221544.

I have requested for foreclosure letter for the above-mentioned loan. I have requested several times in last one and half months and talked to the customer care, the ticket numbers are 4292463, 4384377, 4386612, 4260946, 4394105, 4258897. I would receive a mail from [protected]@iifl.com with the below reply:
"Dear saikatdutt78, Your ticket xxxxxx has been Resolved. We hope that we've helped you to the best of your satisfaction.
Regards,
IIFL Support Team."

Till date, no FORECLOSURE received. Please let me know what I am suppose to do now. I am fed up now. I have even emailed to [protected]@iihfl.com also. Please resolve my problem ASAP.

Dear sir,
I am Jainis prajapati. I got home loan in IIFL bank, my loan number is IL10098619.
My PMAY id no. C[protected].
My PMAY subsidy status step 1 and 2 has completed but for last October 2021 my subsidy status step 3 is red.
It is showing Borrower name does not match.
I have applied for subsidy when the scheme was open, and I had gone to bank more than 10 times for solution but, they did not do anything.
But my pmay status shows borrower name does not matched.
It is my humble request to you to solve my query and help me get my subsidy.

Pathetic customer support, no response till now, just providing links to raise request which are useless, with no option to put up my issue .
Already mailed to GRO as well NO officers of IIFL even they are ignoring my issue, it's been 3 months, I am complaining them on daily basis but no any response from them.

HR Madhu msg me for a interview for work from home job I went there and they told me to pay for the company for software installation rs 5900 I paid rs 1700 but I realised and searched it's fake company then I go to office and ask them to refund my money back 😭 but told me to go mumbai for refund why you people cheating us like this already we don't have any way to earn money but you people cheating us pls give back my money please help me or I told to my friends sorrounding to put complaints about ur cheating company mind it

I took a home loan from IIFL, as per sanction letter I have given a specified amount, but when the loan amount disbursed, the amount was less than the sanction letter.
Also company has forged the document of sanction letter and changed the amount in sanction letter.
I had legitimate proof of that.
Also company employee told us that the company have applied for PMAY yojana on our home loan, but when I checked there were no any application submitted under PMAY on our loan.
This company is fraund & fooling customers, even after complqining them a no. of times they did not given any resolution to my query.

Please cancel the IIFL Loan A/c No.[protected] of the BYJU'S Product sanctioned in favour of my Son named "RUDRA PRATAP SINGH" as I did not even opt for this course and at the start only i cancelled this course, but even then every month some amount is deducted in the name of coaching institute.

An early action is requested for cancellation of the same.

India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — Wrong information updated in cibil credit report

I never taken loan from IIFL BUT in cibil credit report showing overdue late payment

So I just login the app, account IIFL - SL2984193, I never took any loan or amount from IIFL BUT They update in cibil, , , ,
I strongly requesting remove and update Cibil credit report or else I'll file against complaint,

Sme Loan NO: SL2416838 taken on 28/05/2019 of Rs.3500000/- with Tenure of 24 Months with EMI amount 172209/- We paid all the instalments paid in addition to we are deposited Tds on Interest in the name IIFL (AABCI2915C). loan is also closed. But they are not reimbursed TDS amount of Rs 60327/-

I am Roopali from Kurukshetra and I repay your loan on March 2021 but you are not closed in cibil and my cibil score is very low only for this loan please closed this loan in cibil I need urgent loan.

My self Jaymin Bhavsar and i am receiving call from IIFL and they are saying that i have to submit documents in their office. If i will not submit it then PMAY subsidy will deduct from my loan account with 6% interest.

I have closed my loan account with IIFL in 2020 and there are no pending dues available.

I asked IIFL to email me for document submission with valid reason that why they need documents now ?

But they are not ready to give me in writing that why they need my documents even after closure of loan,

I visited their Prahladnagar office in Ahmedabad and person provided me one mail id and told to mail on it, they will provide you reason in writing. But from that mail id support person has provided another mail id and told to drop email on that.

When i dropped email on second mail id they provided another mail id.
So they are just playing passing game.

Also raised request on call but even they closed it without solution.

Till now late payment charged by builder at my name for Unit No.1143 Project 7TH AVENUE is : Rs. 2, 50, 000 +85, 000. and it is because of always late payment made by / disbursed by IIFL.

still I’m following up on builder demand last 3 months but till now no response and action taken (whatever the remaining amount required to disburse). also I called up multiple times for this concern but no one picked up my call.

it's completely harassment for customers after taken home from IIFL.
