Same here...I have ordered magazine from the same website. It has been one month since payment and still they have not sent any magazines or associated gifts with it.

I ordered Hello magazine subscription for one year on 22 March 2012 (Order no.[protected]. Already 3-1/2 months have passed and they have received the payment through American Express but there is no sign of magazine. I have sent 3 reminders through their website but no response. I called there customer support number[protected] there is no warm body to answer the phone. Has the company gone out of business? Does any body know. Does any body has their email address or some other phone number? If so, would like to get it. Otherwise I have to go to the consumer court. Thanks.

the same has happened here too.. its a fake company looks like. they emailed me after i subcribed to their mag that it be issued within 4-5 weeks. but it has been 7 weeks now but i have not received their magazine as yet. the number given on their site is useless too. nobody answers it ever.

so BEWARE people donot fall prey to this INDIA MAG site as you will be fooled like many other.

I had ordered Femina magainze on 3rd March 2012. offer was 1 year subscription for Rs. 1120 and there will be gift hamper from Fashion & You worth Rs. 1800.

It is more than 6 months, I am still waiting for my gift hamper from Fashion & You worth Rs. 1800 despite several follow ups on email and also through phone.

I use to follow with Pradnya and now when I called 022-[protected], I was told Pradnya has left the job.

Very bad service. Magazine subscription also started 2 months after I paid money online through credit card and sometimes we get Womens Era, sometimes Femina magazine. Very poor service. There is no mention of address of indiamags on their website.

Please let me know what action I can take to ensure proper delivery of my magazine and also my gift hamper which is pending for more than 6 months.

in my case it has been like more than three months now n didn't receive a single copy from my one year subscription of a+d magazine. this company is fraud. i have gone through other consumer websites as well n alot of people are having the same problem. NON DELIVERY . After reading all those mails n forums i've lost all my hopes on refunds or even receiving even a single copy of the magazine. INDIAMAGS SUCKS!!

It has been over 3 months and neither have I recd the magazine nor the Privilege card with deal worth Rs.50, 000/- FREE with my Good Food Magazine 3 Years Subscription

Can you please check and revert

Totally unprofessional. They never respond to emails and same issue of non-delivery of order. Interestingly on their web-site the link Contact Us does take you to a mailer service, but you can never submit any text their . Submit always fails. Looks like I have lost my money

Same issue with me, I placed the order and it updated my billing address as the shipping address even though both are maintained separately.

There is no phone number to reach the company and the "CONTACT US" page continuously fails to submit any text, is there any other way to contact them??? Please help if anyone out there has any idea on this or has faced similar issue.

After i sent an e-mail to [protected]@indiamags.com which i noted from this post, i received mails & later calls from NDSL net distributions Services ltd company and desired issue was handled, the number was[protected]

i have the same issue ….i booked a magazine and paid them through my credit card….still didn't receive any issue till now and money has been deducted from my card….no contact number to post complaints and no reply to emails…..guys guide me how to get out of this…..i need the phone number of the company is somebody can arrange that for me….thanks

I placed an order for the Woman's Era Magazine from http://www.indiamags.com on 14-September-2011.
I was supposed to receive the first copy of my subscription on 15-Oct-2011 according to the communication.
I received my first copy (October 2nd week edition) and the November 1st week edition to together on the 6th November, 2011. This was again due to some fault at your end. I was told the address mentioned was wrong. I logged in and checked the address mentioned; it was perfectly correct and even after that I had emailed my correct address.

Today is the 27th November, 2011 and I haven't yet received the November second week edition.

I called[protected] numbers many times to find out what was going wrong. I get very lame and irresponsible responses from the lady whoever answers the call. I was told, “call after 2 days, we are out of stock”, which is a ridiculous response.

I have written many emails to [protected]@indiamags.com and [protected]@ndslindia.com asking for explanation and then eventually asking for refund.

I would like to highlight the issue i am facing with Indiamags.com. I subscribed "Better Homes And Gardens" magazines with Indiamags Subscription no. is '316496.

Starting from July'2011.
As Indiamags.com claim, the subscription of magazines starts within 6-7 week. They didnt start this and even till today i have not received my free gift. Even evry month i have to send a 2-3 reminder mails for that month subscription. . I sent 3-4 mails to the support email ([protected]@indiamags.com) provided by this site and got the reply but nothing has happened. Finally I decided to post my problem here so that other user will not suffer with the unprofessional service provided by indiamags.com. Such a crap service is given by them
My suggestion to all the viewers is that you batter subscribe magazines with your Newspaper wala or the magazine store close to your office/home rather than trusting on the services of such sites. They are literally harrassing the public.

I have just registered for Business in Fashion magzine from Indiamag online shopping, Is it a site which dupe people? If this is the case what action can i take?

They are the worst one in case of services. Every month i have to send 3-4 mails for that month subscription, and then only i got the subscription. AFter sending 3-4 mails every month they have couriered the free gift now after 6 months, although i have not received it yet but i doubt abt the gift as well. This IndiaMag should be banned and they are just making fool of people. Thats it. It should be banned legally.

I am facing the same problem. I placed an oder on 28th April and still waiting for magzine to be delivered . I have sent them several emails but not even a single response. I will complaint against them if i do not receive the magzine by end of this month.

i had the same issue of non delivery. but i got this number[protected] and i asked the guy about the status of the magazine delivery and he said it will be issued within a week. so if you want to know your status do give a call on the said number. hopefully i will receive my magazine now.

They don't reply to your mails nor send you the magazines. I think the website is to cheat innocent people like us. Because of such websites people feel scared to purchase things online.

in the month of July-2012, and the delivery started in the month of sep.12.
the issue of sep.12 hasn't been reached intime. immediately i sent e-mail
reg.the non delivery and also called the tel.no.[protected] but in vain.
i lodged a complaint through proffessionnal on[protected] but no response
for all of my approaches.
now,[protected], the issue of[protected] not delivered so far.
i am planning to move for legal steps.

Indiamags is totally a fraud. I am a victim, I have subscribed for Grih Shobha magazine in Jul last yr. I received a mail giving my subscription No as S243105 and intimating the start date as 01 Dec 12. Despite hundreds of emails to the magazine (indluding some Mr Bhupinder who assured repeatedly to resolve in three days) I have not received even a single copy of the subscribed magazine. They have looted the money of a soldier who earns with not only by his sweat but with blood. Be aware such a baggars. SR Verma

I have been waiting for 7 weeks for my subscription but it never got started.
They neither receive any calls nor respond to any mails.
Earlier i thought they are just unprofessional, now I realise they are plain frauds!!

We have deposited the amount of 3 femina magazines for one against the order number of #[protected] &#[protected].But the item was not delivered. Many time we have requested through mail . But any response for all of our mails.

I had subscribed for good house keeping, tarla dalal cooking and more, cosmopolitan, haven't received any till date.. I had subscribed it on 6 th of August !
I also had subscribed for inside out side and I got two magazines of the same month!!

I have booked Women's Era for one year through Indiamags.com vide order no[protected]. Order placed on Sept 23, 2013. but till date i have not received even one copy of magazine. Address & mobile nos are very correct. Reason for not delivering the magazine not understood. I sent many mails on [protected]@indiamags.com but no response.
After looking so much complaints on this section of consumer complaints i am also feeling as been cheated by them.

Yeah, same issue here. Indiamags seems totally unprofessional fraud. I also have subscribed for Grih Shobha magazine in 15th Nov 2013, still not received any single copy of subscription. Thank you for the review. I also found Indiamags being one of the unprofessional portal on e-commerce. People try to avoid this company. The have legacy of poor customer service.

This is regarding my Filmfare and Readers Digest order placed with Indiamags in Jan 2015.
Till date, i have not received any Filmfare magazine (personally or by my building watchman).
Even Reader's Digest, i have received only 1 issue till date.
My experience with IndiaMags has been really disappointing.
Despite several e-mails, and phone calls, there has been no progress on the problem at all.
If the issue cannot be resolved, i demand my refund for my order.This is simply not acceptable by any standards.As of now, i want to cancel my order, and demand a full refund of my subscription fee.In case you are unable to do so, i will make sure that i communicate this harassment to the appropriate forums and consumer court.I do not want anybody else to be fooled by the IndiaMags website in the future, like us.Do reply back to this, and do not call back regarding courier and other issues, which are really not of my concern.Hoping to close this chapter once and for all, with a full refund.

Hi... my order number is[protected] and I have booked on 29 Dec 15, magazine subscription for one year and I have not received yet. Already 3-1/2 months have passed and I called there customer support number[protected] many times and they are keeping telling that will come in next week.

I suggest these guys are fraud and avoid this website to booking thing.

I have booked the following magazines  from https://www.indiamags.com/ with the order number 50065260 on 3rd June 2021. 

Forbes india magzine (print & digital)= Rs 6176
Fortune india magzine 1 year= Rs 1632
Wired magzine US Edition -Rs 18216

        Total Rs = 25296

I didn't receive any magazine nor online subscription. I send them mails to their customer care email id [protected]@indiamags.com two times but nobody replied

Even their customer care number [protected] is not working. Still there is no communication regarding my order. I called the customer care 7-8 times but that is also not working. Please solve this matter.
