[Resolved] India Post — about pan card delivery.

I have applied for new pan card of my grandmother kamala bhunia on 31/10/2017. According to pan card authority card dispatched through register post vide consignment no rm[protected]in on 20/11/2017 but card not yet delivery today 11/12/2017 by post office. Today current status is bag dispatch to kgp rms but today till 11/12/2017 it was not delivered to pin-721232. How will a register post can take too much time to deliver? This is very much argent to get the pan card in hand.

(3) RK[protected]IN sent on 11.11.2017 from Hoskote SO 562 114 to Bengaluru[protected] Ltrs and 560 009 - 1 Ltr. Not received Proof of Delivery/Acknowledgement
