India Post — Abstraction of contents by speed post

I have sent my parcel weighing nearly 17 kilograms of clothes from Sakchi SO - 831001 to Chinchwadgaon S.O - 411033, the item was not delivered to my delivery location and it was returned back to me and when I received the parcel there was no sticker present the package was torn although I packed the cartoon with double layer of bubble wrap and although I spent around 1650 rupees and the parcel was not delivered without any information and it was returned and also when I received the parcel the cartoon was torn and around 2 kilograms of clothes worth around Rupees 15000/- were not present.
