I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding a parcel that I have been eagerly waiting for, which is currently being held by the Mumbai Customs Office after being dispatched through the postal service PostNl. The details of the parcel are as follows:

I have been tracking the status of this parcel, and it has come to my attention that it has been held by the Mumbai Customs Office for an extended period without any clear explanation or communication regarding the reasons for the delay.

I would like to emphasize that this parcel contains a Co2 generator for a fish tank Aquarium which helps the aquarium plants to grow, and the delay is causing me significant inconvenience, as well as financial losses. I have attempted to contact the local customs office and the postal service, but I have not received any satisfactory responses or updates on the situation.

I kindly request your intervention in resolving this matter promptly. I expect that you will investigate the reasons for the hold on my parcel and provide me with a detailed explanation as to why it has been delayed. Additionally, I would appreciate any assistance you can offer in expediting the release and delivery of my parcel.

Please consider the urgency of this matter and ensure that it is addressed as soon as possible. I believe that consumers like myself deserve transparency and timely resolution in situations like this.

Dear Sir,
I have faced a bitter experience in Post office[address]. Nangamangalam (post) Perumal Kuppam (village)his name Neerajakshulu mobile[protected].
I was waiting for my passport delivery since a long time, but it wasn’t delivered to my address.
I finally visited post office and asked for my passport.
The postmaster responsible was impolite and impatient in responding to the concern. I asked the reason for not delivering the passport to the address, he is blatantly arguing that my address is not my address.

As you can see in the below video, I was questioning the postmaster respectfully but in return I was man handled and abused. I missed to record the initial conversation which was even more worse. As I starts recording he was able to control his arrogance.

This type of misbehaviour is not acceptable to the public. Kindly take necessary action to stop this kind of behaviour. Being an educated and respectful civilian, if I’m treated wrong. No doubt he will not behave well with under privileged people.

After all this, I request an investigation into this issue and take necessary action against the Post Master of Neerajakshulu mobile[protected].

I booked a parcel from Jadavpur University SO in kolkata with consignment number - CW[protected]IN on 27/09/2023 . It was supposed to reach by 02/10/2023 but the last update was Item dispatched from Patna RMS TMO on 01/10/2023 morning and no updates after that.
I would like to know what is the current and status and when the item will be delivered....

My missing is parcel. Its not updated since 25th August. very important papers in the parcel. Please update my parcel as soon as possible.

My parcel with consignment number EE[protected]IN, which took almost 3 weeks to arrive at the nearest post office to my house, just got returned and is now at the airport, citing insufficient address even when the address given was very clear. Why is this happening?

I sent an envelope on 25/09/2023 to Rajpura region of Punjab (Banur- 140601).
It is stuck on "dispatched to BO" for several days. It was told to me that from Delhi to Punjab, the envelope should just take 4-5 days.
But today (03/10/2023), it is the 8th day and it is not even "out for delivery" yet.
And I can't find the contact no. of the Banur post office online.
I would be thankful if you could respond back with some information, about the status of my parcel.

I send my parcel documents through speed post and it's reach within 2 days in Delhi after reached to new Delhi RS TMO the item Dispatched after that's there is no any update i seeing continuous here because that is visa.

I have sent my parcel weighing nearly 17 kilograms of clothes from Sakchi SO - 831001 to Chinchwadgaon S.O - 411033, the item was not delivered to my delivery location and it was returned back to me and when I received the parcel there was no sticker present the package was torn although I packed the cartoon with double layer of bubble wrap and although I spent around 1650 rupees and the parcel was not delivered without any information and...

Please look into the matter and deliver my parcel soon. It is important.

It has been about 10 days now and I have not received the speed post. The tracking status has not been updated in the last 4 days. It shows item was dispatched from Nagpur Rs TMO but since then there has been no update and the item was not delivered as well. Usually it reaches by now but as there is no update I'm concerned that the package is lost.

Many contact numbers not working, also no one helping. Usps, ebay, and many other orders untraceable .

Kindly help me get my speedpost with tracking ID EL[protected]IN reach me. The said parcel shows status as "out of delivery" since the 23rd, but has not reached me yet.

The address on the parcel is 100% correct, so is my contact number and there is someone present in my house to accept the delivery of the package. Despite all these arrangement, the parcel has not reached me citing the reason "tem Onhold Addressee cannot be located"....

About 30+ days are gone my parcel is arrived at Kolkata Air RLO building from Singapore. Till now it's retained by security authority. Why!? How long does it really take to check a little parcel? Anyway I want my parcel ASAP. Your quick action in this regards is appreciated.
