India Post — Abstraction of contents from registered parcel box

I have sent a registered parcel(CT[protected]IN) from India post on 10/03/21 at kattankulathur SO(603203), today I recieved the parcel and the box was tampered and torn open and two items (shoes worth 3000) were missing from the box. It appears that some unscrupulous elements are operating in the department who have abstracted the contents of the parcel. Such acts are shameful and bring down the image of our Indian postal system. This type of pathetic service and behaviour is not expected from India Post employees.
