The tracking system shows that item was dispatched from "Palam TMO" on '04/02/2021' and no updates post that.

And its still not delivered. Could you please ensure its delivered as soon as possible and not lost in transit....

It has been more than 10 days since the package was received at DELHI INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENTRE. However, there has been no update on the article tracking system since then it just says that the item is bagged. My speed post parcel was sent on 01.02.21 from DELHI to SRINAGAR 190011, KASHMIR.
It has been more than 8 days i didnt recieved my parcel yet. It was booked at KRISHNA NAGAR H.O. DELHI.
While tracking my speed parcel from the official web site of indian post i found that my parcel has been despatched from:-

NSH DELHI TO PALAM TMO. &
from PALAM TMO it shows despatched...

On 14th January 2021 my dad has booked a parcel from Rash Behari Avenue S.O (EW[protected]IN) for 4556 EL Paso Dr Plano TX 75024 USA .
Its more then 25 days and the item is still in KOL AP TMO no update yet.My dad checked with all International Postal Service in Kolkata but they couldn't provide any update for the same.
I have no idea what is going on and how long it will take to reach USA.

It has been noticed from years together that your personnel have been unable to print a disciplined receipt against premiums collected from the PLIs. Verbally complained before the authority of the Meghdoot Bhawan, Guwahati several times. But, doing totally nonsense.
please take immediate step. because, the entire nation is marching ahead and Postal Department has been unable to solve the same problem for year after year....
