India Post — acknowledgment not received

I have a booked a speed post with acknowledgment on 13/12/2019 the post was delivered on 16/12/2016 .But till now i didnot recieved acknowledgment so i called to Customer Care number they told me that go to post office where u booked and tell the problem . so i even went to post office hyderabad Gpo they told me that u need to register a complaint on online in india post website. I need the acknowledgment i need to submit that acknowledgment in the court . i also attached a photo copy of receipt .Please solve my problem as soon as possible
