My package from the united states is stuck at the delhi mail post since a month.
It's not reached mumbai post office
Please look into it
Th package includes lipsticks and is very expensive
I'm not being able to trace it further
The company cannot track it either because it is now in india

I have booked a Speed post for my certificates on 7th DECEMBER 2019, which are to be delivered to WES(Canada).
And till today its not delivered, its been 12 DAYS. As per India post norms a SPEED POST must be delivered in 5-6 days and when i call to the customer support they just enter my tracking number and inform the same status which i can check at my end too. They have no ESCALATION matrix, they cannot connect to their higher officials. They have no update on their application.

We have register post a document on 21/11/2019 for uzbekistan from sarsoona so but no any details are shown in track record after 8/12/2019.

After a lot of delay at chennai customs, for no reason, the package containing new clothes for my in-laws and a home loan auto-debit form was delivered with a penalty of 2464 inr. When enquired, the postman informed my in-laws about a penalty charge the details of which are unclear.

What was supposed to be a surprise gift for my in-laws turned into a nightmare of pay or lose the item. The package was carefully packed well within the allowed weight limit and through royal mail, uk. I paid all necessary charges to get the package across to india within 5-7 days.

Why was this amount charged by customs? Another package posted the same day and to the same address was missing 1 item from the parcel. It's definitely stolen although not clear who stole it since i do not have the necessary proof. It's worth mentioning that the chennai customs withheld this package as well for "unspecified reasons" what-so-ever. My in-laws had to pay the penalty to get the item. The post office didn't even bother to provide a receipt of payment.

Please help get back the paid amount from the authorities.

I ordered a graphics card worth ~ 3527 rs from aliexpress and the tracking id is rp[protected]cn and the india post tracking says retained by border agency/security for u on 21/12/2019

I have a parcel from aliexpress which is stuck at crc mumbai. The current status which is being shown on the india post website is, "item received crc mumbai". The tracking id is rb[protected]sg. Where is it? There's no update for the past 13 days. I tried calling talking to customer service executives and each time i call they ask me to wait. Please help.

I have a parcel to be delivered from Singapore with tracking number RP[protected]SG. It was dispatched from Singapore post on 6th to overseas country and it usually takes 3 days to reach Mumbai Airport sorting office. It's been more than 2 weeks of no updates. On contacting Singapore post, they mentioned that the parcel has been despatched by them and should have reached India by now and suggested me to contact local post office. But local post office says they don't know anything about it.
I am quite worried whether its lost or misplaced. Please let me know the parcel status and when will I receive it.

Post office of Haryana Agriculture University Hisar Haryana refuse to give IPO at 3:30 pm at their located place and give the reason that they can not give IPO after 3 pm all days .
i ask the setting employee for this why you can not give the indian postal order the time of the office is 10 to 5 pm and you setting in the office . they tell me we always stope to given of indain postal order before 3 pm only not after.
please take necessary action to avoid such problem of public.

The article was received by my son after laps of 15 days. You are requested to investigate the reasons for delay and hat punishment given for defaulters for the delay of the article. Status is showing 'item delivery confirmed' but it is not delivered to the receiver. It has been 3days it showing. I have sent a parcel through post office from lucknow, up to nalanda, bihar. On 16/12/19 status is updated like 'item delivery confirmed' but when i asked to receiver, i got that it is not delivered. We are due to visit russia on the 26th of dec 2019 for which the item is being asked for. Kindly get it released asap.

I sent a courier on 9th December, 2019 from Jamia SO through speed post, for which the man at the counter said it'll reach Anantnag, J&K at a maximum of 3-4 days. The problem here is that the item was received at PALAM TMO on 10th December, 2019 at around 7:08 am. Since then there has not been any update about the parcel. As per the man at the counter it should've been reached Anantnag around 14th of December but I'm clueless whether it is still at PALAM TMO or has moved further.

My parcel with educational documents to be sent to wes canada is stuck at chennai office sorting office from 7 november there has been no update at all on the package post 7th november. What is the reason and when will the package be delivered?
