India Post — after 12 days my courier is not received at destination

Sir my consignment no is ef[protected]in. Sir i am sending my parcel at 188 military hospital likabali. This place is situated on boarder of assam and arunachal pradesh. Firstly my courier is dispatched from nsh patna to nsh guwahati. After that it dispatched to nsh itanagar and after reciving at nsh itanagar again it dispatch to nsh guwahati. It takes 12 days but didn't recieve my courier.in this courier all my important document are present. So sir kindly request you to take action fastly as soon as possible. Its all about my carrier.
