India Post — arrogant and customer unfriendly behavior of post office staff | |||
I have a pli and rpli scheme for myself and my wife respectively. I have gone to post office to enquire about some deposit issue about the scheme but the post office staff mr. Chakradhar misbehaved with me and not solved my issue. I have lost faith in postal customer service. Please look into the matter seriously. I am waiting for the solution. Consignment no EL[protected]IN has been delivered to lakhigam po on 9th of April but still it’s not delivered to the person .Kindly please look in to the matter and take an action quickly

From 12 days im seeing same status transfer from office of exchange(Kolkota foreign LCAO), i tried to contact kolkata post offfice but they are not giving any information, please kindly provide a update on my parcel
