India Post — Article delivered to wrong address

I was suppose to receive my ICICI Bank check book and Debit card. Which was sent to me through registered post. But it got delivered to wrong address. How irresponsible postman can be in delivering such sensitive articles to wrong address. Article No:EA[protected]IN Delivered by RAJKUMAR SAM (Beat No:B3).
