I was sent a package from Delhi on 7th September . It was going smoothly but since 29th September my parcel is stuck at North Lakhimpur saying the item has been dispatched but I did not get any updates on it and even checked with my local post office (Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh) and it’s nowhere to be found.
Kindly look after the reason for the delay and fix the problem.

    My consignment number EM[protected]IN has been stuck with KOLKATA AP TMO from the last few days. It was an urgent requirement and hence was sent through India speed post from Mumbai. The parcel is stuck with them and there has been no response from their end. Because of their laid back attitude, I will have to face major losses. If this is the kind of service India post will provide, what sort of an example is being set for the other courier services
    This is really really disappointing. Who will bear the losses for me

          I'm complaining about my inland speed post parcel delay

          Inland Speed post Tracking no. EC[protected]IN status show that the parcel was dispatched from Air LGBI AP TMO on 24/09/21 but it's been 24 days still there is no Status update neither my parcel is being delivered to my destination Mon S.O (798621).
          As it is very delay, Please take Immediate action and kindly solve my issue as soon as possible....

          My Registered Post Tracking ID CM[protected]IN is to be delivered to Oman. It was dispatched on 14 Oct 2021 from Goa and on 15 oct 2021the status is showing Mumbai RMS Surface Inward L1U. Today is 18 October and the status is still not updated and I can't track my parcel.
          Kindly look into the matter

                Postage Paid : Rs. 3010/-.

                Tracking Details of the above article revealed that the article is lying at Foreign Post Office Delhi since 24/09/2021. The Status is " Custom Return - Item Bagged".

                  I filled a complaint on 13.10.21 with complaint No. [protected] not moving but now the consignment is sitting at Mumbai Parcel Hub from past five days but your Mumbai foreign post says that tehy cant do anything until it reached to them and parcel hub doesnt seems to reply to phone call or mail.

                  So let us know we being a customer should just sit here and watch our parcel being lost or hold at mumbai.Calling any of you feels like a circus jumping here n there with shifting responsibility here n there with no result.Such a big headache India post you are.

                  Please note that no one in India post is taking responsibiltiy for there action in lost of items.I have lost my money with this hence please refund my money which I spent on my family for this diwali celebration.

                        Item redirected to S.O insufficient address

                        Hello sir/ madam my name is Gaurav. My parcel has been sent from byjus to me. But by Indian postal service but they are showing item redirected Sonpeth S.O insufficient address. But then they took it to Aurangabad and then parbhani and it is stuck in parbhani now please help me....

                        I am Kanhaiya, from Bihar India . On 25th of September I have sent a speed post from Kanti, Muzaffarpur, Bihar Pin Code - 843109 To Mr. N Dhar, Guwahati PIN - 781005, Dispur S.O . Weight of this Product is 276gm as it contain very important medicine which is very much essential . But this post haven't reached at destination . When I track I obserb that Kolkata RMS Mails TMO Item Dispatched is showing after that there is no any track record .

                              This is a highly dissatisfying experience. The current status shows 'Not Delivered' to M6M Canada. Please check and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                My courier (Tracking no: ED[protected]IN) is stuck with Canada Toronto-A customs for the past 7 days.

                                The tracking shows "custom hold". I had sent this courier via speed post services provided by India Post. It contains my transcript from WES.

                                It is very disappointing that it has been almost 10 days and the courier has not reached its destination. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest!

                                  This is to inform you that a parcel from India was supposed to be delivered to New Brunswick Canada, but it is stuck at customs at Toronto Airport. Please check into this matter and tell me the possible solution. All the tax amount was already paid at the time of booking.
