Please help me getting the shipment cleared the item is stuck in foreign exchange post office in mumbai branch. I have been trying to get in touch with the office but they are not answering my calls. So kindly request you to look into the matter and update me.

    And when we track my order this shows the destination pin code is - 535001
    And it was arrived in vijaywada so pls change my order will placed for my real address and destination pincode is 533001.

      One of my courier came from bhayander mumbai(10 box of gloves)
      The office person called me n asked me to come and collect, when I said I have paid for this he arrogantly said " you come the box is big or else we will send it back"
      For this I have paid the courier charge so that I have to take leave on my work and go to collect this things???
      I want an action against him asap..
      And assurity that this won't happen again

        We booked a parcel from Korba to Singapore but sometimes the parcel shows a lost .Before this it took 6 days to reach from Korba to Nagpur in 6 days which should max take 2 days.Why its always delayed

                I can't see any update on the tracking id EM[protected]IN after the courier arrived MA RANCHI RMS TMO.. need that parcel immediately . Please help me to get it ASAP. Please drop me an email or contact via call please it's request I need thr courier urgently.

                    Address: Flat no 405, I South Wing, Gera Park View, Near EON IT Park,, Kharadi

                    Passport and speed post claim that delivery within city will be within a day. They mark the status as - 'Not delivered Addresse cannot be located' on 9th October, while we were at home and no postman visited. I checked with the security too. Today Monday 11th October, I waited for whole day. No change in the status.
                    Who are these illiterate post men who cannot locate an address. If police can locate our address and come home for verification, how come these dumb post men cannot find the address? The contact number of post office is switched off since morning. Other contact number goes unanswered. Such is the service o[censored]seless and hopeless India Postal Department.

                      Hi, this is souvik. One of my Uncle, Mr. Haradhan Kr. Patra booked a parcel for delivery through INDIA Post, on August 10th at Midnapore head post office, PIN 721101, which was supposed to be delivered to me in USA. The parcel has the consignment no EW[protected]IN. On the tracking history it's showing that the parcel was sent receptacle abroad from New Delhi on august 16th. After that there is no update available. Even I have not received it yet. The parcel contains a document which is very important to me for my academics. I would like to request you to look into this matter so that it can arrive as soon as possible.

                              Please look into the tracking ID code send by USPS (American Post)- UM[protected]US.

                              On 26th Aug 2021, I placed my order.

                              It came to India on 1st September 2021, in INDIRA GANDHI INTL airport, Delhi.

                              Since then it is showing my parcel is in Transit.

                              I contacted USPS... and they told me it is with Indian customs as per their tracking.

                              I have no idea whom or where to contact for my parcel. The tracking code is not working with India Post.

                              The book was very important for me.

                              I am attaching my invoice as well as the last tracking I have received from USPS. (Initially it was shipped by UPS, but USPS finally sent it to India)

                              It's my humble request... please help me to receive my courier.
