    I ordered a pair of glass(specs) from ban franklin(Beltola, Guwahati). They posted it through speed post on 18 sept, after 2 days the item was received at Air LGBI AP TMO acc. to india post track. But it's been 8-9 days the item is still stuck at Air LGBI TMO. Also filed a complaint on Indiapost website, no respond as usual.

        Change in consignment pin code

        Address: India

        I have an order to be received from the Shree group. They are sending the order using India post. They have given me the consignment number: ET[protected]IN. In the tracking, it is showing no person in the delivery. I want to change the pin code for the delivery as I think I have entered the wrong pin code. How can I change the pin code for the consignment before returning it to the original sender....

        I booked a parcel from Mahadevapura S.O in Bengaluru with consignment number - EK[protected]IN on 23/09/2021. It was supposed to reach by 28/09/2021 but the last update was Item dispatched from Kolkata RMS Mail TMO on 25th morning 06:27:42 and no updates after that.
        I would like to know what is the current and status and when the item will be delivered.

            We have booked parcel to Uganda through EMS speed Post 3 weeks ago, but up to now its not delivered and last update was 10 days ago after that no update. Even we tried to contact EMS customer care number but no one picked or answered. I'm worried about the parcel.

              My parcel has been dispatched from NEW DELHI RS TMO on 13th Dec, 2021 and it should reach me by now but THE TRACKING HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN. It's been 14days till then and there's no update on the tracking. Kindly update the tracking details. My tracking consignment no. is CG[protected]IN. Pls solve this problem, as I'm at a loss for not getting my business materials on time!!

                The item which contains very important document has booked at Bhubaneswar Court S.O tracking no (RO[protected]IN) and the tracking site shows that "Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located". The address was correct and the full name was given correctly. No attempts have been made to call,

                    Documents stuck in Delhi transfer airport

                    Hello,

                    I sent this package from USA to India on August 21, 2021. I am unable to find any information on when the parcel will be delivered to Hyderabad. The parcel contains important legal documents.

                    I reached out to USPS and they opened case# DE6104026 and told me that the India team will be reaching out to me. I am not sure where to search the status of this case#.

                        My sister send a parcel to kolkata from Australia through Australia post on 1st September. According to the current status it has arrived on kolkata but is stuck at the customs from the 16th. The parcel ID No.CF[protected]AU. My sister has not been able to visit us for the past three years because of the covid guidelines this was a gift for my younger sister who’s birthday is on the 27th and i am disheartened to see that their is a huge delay on this can you please look into it and send the parcel to as soon as possible.                               I sent the laptop through registered parcel from Kulathoor, Trivandrum to Noida on 11/09/2021. On 16/09/2021, the package got delivered to the addressee but it does not contain laptop in it. Received package contains old pants and poly bundle. Tracking number: CL[protected]IN.

                              I have attached the photos of article which contains the laptop before sending it and the video of package received having old pants and green tarpal or poly bundle. Link of video:

                              It was my office laptop containing official data and having cost Rs. 40000. It can be misused by the person who have stolen it from my delivery package. Please look into this matter on priority and help me to get my laptop back.

                                I package was sent for transit from India on August 28. Ever since Sept. 4, the status has been “IGI TMO NEW DELHI, Send receptacle abroad (Otb).” That was twenty days ago. Can you please check on parcel ID EM[protected]IN. I am awaiting receipt of it in the USA. Thank you for your help!
