Hi, My parcel LP[protected]AU contains few return items to the company Mirraw Online. Mirraw online refused to take my items back as they were imposed with custom duty. It was a returned item and not for sale.
Why they imposed custom duty for return items I am not aware. Now the items should be legally returned to Australia where I reside. When I track my parcel it says RETAINED BY BORDER AGENCY/SECURITY FOR U.Which is very stressful for me. Appreciate some help in this regard.

    What's the reason for package being stuck for so long at kolkata Rms?
    It has already been released from customs and now in RMS for 3 weeks.
    Please get an update ASAP

      Sir, this is regarding my consignment { ID: CV[protected]IN and CV[protected]IN}.
      It was clearly stated in the address that it is an educational institute and hence it is understood that the library will not be open on Sunday. But the delivery was attempted and due to unavailability of the librarian the delivery was not completed. thereafter now it shows that i will have to collect the parcel from post office. This is not possible for me and also the late submission of the parcel will cost me extra cash fine. Please help me.

            Postman asking for money for every delivery.

            Postman INDRESH SHRI (Beat No: B1) asks for money for every delivery he does. If the item is a passport, he threatens to return the passport if not given money.
            His mobile number is [protected]. The mobile number shows his name as Dinesh Kumar on truecaller....

            I have sent a speed post parcel from Kalyan Nagar Post office, Bangalore karnataka to Zotlang Post office, Lunglei, Mizoram. It has been a month and we have not been able to track the parcel. It has not been delivered either. It has goods that are valuable to us and some college works. My consignment number is EK[protected]IN. The parcel seems to be stuck in Kolkata.

              My friend from US had sent a USPS package (shipment no - UH[protected]US) in 2021 February.
              When I tracked the package it said, it had “You item had departed from Transfer Airport Indira Gandhi Intl airport on Feb 12, 2021. Item is currently in transit.”

              However till date, I have not received my item/package. I am very disappointed as it was a gift. Can someone please help ?

              I still have no update on my parcel. This is a shame on India post as friends who send gifts from outside India have lost faith in out India Post delivery system.

                    Good Morning,

                    My Registered Article No. is RU[protected]IN which is sent from Jhansi to Hapur on 8/09/2021.

                    But from 14/09/2021 is roaming here and there.

                    First on 10/9/2021 is came to hapur and then on 14/09/2021 it went back to ghaziabad TMO and from that day is roaming here and there.

                    Then ghaziabad to khurja
                    Then khurja to ghaziabad

                    Please help me delivering this article as in this my UP Police Joining Letter is there and if joining date is passed i am not able to join.

                        I have an international parcel stuck in the India Post Kolkata RMS office for the last 15 DAYS. I am a student and this is putting me in dire circumstances because essential luggage is stuck for so long, which will also, in turn, affect my international travel. The package was received from Dubai at Bombay foreign post office on 23rd AUG. It is going to be 30 days since the parcel reached India, but there has been no update so far. I want this to be resolved ASAP.

                                  I have booked registered parcel on 31st August 2021 from Silchar REC S.O (788010) to Kolkata (700096) with consignment no as shown in images. It was supposed to reach within 1 week but the item shown as dispatched from Silchar TMO on 1st September 2021 & no further update is given. Please look into the matter. Its an urgent because parcels contain important things of education related. It should be reached before 18th September 2021.

                                    Respected Sir/Ma'am,
                                    My documents send by Speed Post on 27th August 2021. Its showing in Tracking Consignment as Item dispatched from Air LGBI AP TMO on 7th September 2021. Its already been 7days since my parcel was dispatched from Air LGBI AP TMO and no further updates are being updated . Please resolve my issues and help me recover my parcel before 18th September 2021. Its has very important documents of mine .
