Sir/ma'am,
I booked a parcel to be sent to Pune on 28/08/21. First few days I could track the parcel. The last updated location shows Guwahati Airport on 1/9/21. Since then I see no updates yet. On talking to the executives, they said it's a technical glitch. The parcel shall be delivered soon. It contains expensive item sir. Kindly look into the matter.

    I don't know how to track this, what is your office location if i can pick.

      The update shows as consignment is stuck at palam TMO since 26.08.2021, what is the point of ‘speed post’ where you do not move the consignment at all. It is 8 days since the dispatch. Kindly look into it immediately, such casual behaviour is not at all appreciated and expected

          I am not receiving my parcel with awb number EA[protected]IN which was sent from Mumbai nsdl pan card team when i tracked it is showing dispatched from air lgbi ap tmo but its been 2days they are not showing any new updates of the parcel.                 Sir my PO a/c no. [protected]. As my atm card suddenly blocked for reasons unknown I approached my nearest post office RANI BHAVANI KATRA Pin- 211001 as i urgently required some cash. I asked the postmaster to give me withdrawal form. He took my passbook and as it was not from that branch he started interrogating me. Why don't you issue a cheque book or atm card etc.etc. I told him that i was assured by po that i can withdraw money from any branch. But he started to deny someway or the other and atlast he told me to come the next day as there will be no transaction after 2 pm and he told me that he will further judge me case if its possible to pay. He behaved as i am a culprit and so i request you to look into it. Thanks.
