    Respected sir/Madam,
    I am the customer of the Post Office Savings Bank. Today (13/08/2021) I went to bank to deposit 5000 Rupees in my account at Rasipuram S.O branch (637408). In which there are 25 number of 10 rupee coins were not accepted and refused to deposit it in my account by cashier.
    When I asked the reason, the cashier said that we will not accept the 10 rupee coin and the 10 rupee coins are not circulating in a market. I said him that it is legally released by the RBI and a valid coin.
    But still he refused to accept the coin and also he said that according to the act of coin 1873 these many number of coins not accepted at a time. You can complaint anywhere but i will not take these 10 rupee coins.
    Kindly give me the guidelines about the 10 rupee coin and what is the maximum amount of coins that can be deposited at the bank and i also want the clear reason that why the bank is not accepting the 10 rupee coin, though the RBI says that the bank will accept the 10 rupee coin.

      Dear Sir/Madam

      The behaviour of the post office employee
      Mr. Rambabu from sub post office salur vizianagaram 535591is really rude. As I went to support my aunt for aadhar correction process today on 13.08.2021 morning at 8.30pm. Earlier she went more than 5times but there is no proper response the main reason is my aunt is uneducated from last 4days they played with her by making trouble today also rambabu doesn't talk properly and treated us very rude way which is not acceptable and importantly there is no cameras to observe them. This is d main reason he's playing with customers

      The way of communication is really hurting and he uses toxic words while arguing, he's very badly shouting at customers . He dont have respect for ladies particularly the words he used are too worst even his higher authority who's presence in Post office supported rambabu with his words and made single me(lady) ashamed with their actions .

      Here I'm sharing picture of rambabu who used toxic words.

      This is really bad to know this is how customers are handled by govt employees.

        Dear sir,
        I am at Swami Tirth nagar Post Offfice. I have come here for aadhaar updataion from morning, but my number hasn't come yet, it's going to be evening in some time. The employee sitting here is very lazy, doing his work very merely. A very bad experience of aadhaar updatation I gain here. This employee is really very bad. I am very disappointed from the service of this centre, even though I can't get a complaint box here toh file my complaint

          I have booked two speed posts to annamalai university, chennai on 2-8-2021... Tracking updates are shown till 6-8-2021...After that there's no updates regarding the same... It's very emergency as the parcel is very important to reach the destination on time. Please share the updates...

            good day

            Self alvi jamael, kindly note spa EM[protected]IN was returned from Dhaka so, due to insufficient adress. So where it will be finally deliver, actually sender did a mistake, they confused between dhaka of bihar and dhaka of Bangladesh, once i contacted them they told me they will send me again once postal department return back to them, I contacted with post master of dhaka so, he told he already send this parcel to Bangladesh, now I am confessed where this parcel will finally go .

            Please let me know

              Okay so I ordered some things from a website on 27 July in which they booked/dispatched the order on 30th July using Indian Speed Post, Now the tracking status was updated regularly until my order was dispatched from Delhi Rs TMO on 1st August 2021 and that was the last status updated I received regarding my order my tracking ID is EP[protected]IN it's been over 10 days now and there's no news about it nor my order was delivered. So much for Speed Post service

                My courier was booked from begumsarai to port blair by mm corporation on 2nd of august.
                Since then there is no update regarding the courier on the website.
                Its been more than a week, i haven't received the parcel yet.

                  My tracking number is RT[protected]IN. this is came here my addresses BO but they give this status "Item Returned Addressee cannot be located" on the date 05/08/2021 and under one day they send back it. I can't even reach or contact to say that this is mine.
                  then check the status that this is back to Konkan Bhavan S.O.
                  Now, I don't know how to get this pan card.

                        I have ordered a parcel from USA on 06/07/2021 & while tracking the order I found out that the parcel is on hold with customs since 02/08/2021(AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S) attached in the screenshot.

                        I’m a resident of Gamma -1, Greater Noida, UP 201310. The nearby post to my residence is in gamma 1 only. There are two employees only which are seen in the branch named as Tarun and Mr Shukla. Mr Shukla is a very greedy person and always ask for money per package. He firstly asked for ₹10 additional per package then he moved down to ₹5 and lastly he asked ₹2 per package. He also started asking that you have so many packages to ship daily kindly provide ₹50 for auto also as there is no vehicle given to the gamma 1 branch to shift load to Alpha branch. He charges commission from private courier companies in Jagat farms and provide their numbers to people who come to post office for courier. He also shared the number of DTDC agent to me as well to which I refused as I want my packages to be shipped through post only. When I refunded to pay additional he made me wait my mom and me from 11am to 4pm. He didn’t work fully and keeps making issues of health and all. If someone is unwell then they should take a leave rather than refusing the work. He keeps refusing the work and keep sending people to other branches. He also asked me to go to AWHO branch which is more than 5km away from my residence. I want a strict action to be taken against such employees. This caused a lot of inconvenience to the people here.

                                I have a parcel coming in from Gowalia Tank S.O. It was sent on 17th July 2021 and had reached Guwahati PH on 22nd July 2021. But it hasn't moved at all since then. Please look into it since it's almost going to be a month now since the parcel was sent out and I'm sacred that the contents of the package would be damaged.
