Dear Sir,

My Driving licence has dispatched by RTO Authority by Speed post With Consignment No. ED[protected]IN. This consignment stucked there from 22nd June 2021. I have tried to track it online but, it showing it stucked in D.K. Mohan Gardan S.O. Post Office. I personally went there, But they are not giving any positive response. They are not supporting to find out this consignment.
Also the customer care is not responding.

      It says delivery confirmed on 15/06/2021. I have still not received my registered post till date. Even checked locally, no trace of it.
      Please look into it.

          I m expecting some important books from Garudabooks.. my parcels RH[protected]IN" and RH[protected]IN"
          received at TMO KOL AP on 23/6/21.. I dont understand why it taking too much time to dispatch... they provided this number [protected] to contact but the person dont recev any call... even i sent screen shot to that whatsapp number about my parcels and the person saw that screenshot but the person even not replied anything!!! what kind of service this is??? pls fix it

            My tracking Id: EW[protected]IN ( Inland Speed post )
            I sent a speed post on 23rd JUNE 2021 from kalyani Post Office which was supposed to be delivered at Mugkalyan S.O( Heritage of Education, Rabibhag, Bagnan ) in 2-3 days.
            The problem is that the item was received at Kolkata AP TMO on 26th JUNE 2021 around 13:21:30. Since there has not been any update about the parcel. I am clueless regarding its delivery.please resolve

              Mybname is Amit Bhowmick and I want to issue a complaints against the post man of Rabindra SaranibPostoffice. Pin numbet 734006.

              The Postman never delivered the stuffs and if we asked him he act like as he is the owner of the Postoffice and we clients are the servants. As per him he is not supoosed to deliver the stuffs everyday we have to go and enquire about the same. If we miss out one day they will send it back and if we ask anything they said all idiotic thing.

              Please take some action against the postman. He is verybrude and not listening tonus and playing games on his mobile in office and not responded tonus. Hope you will take some action against him.

                  I have sent an consignment to my brother in Netherlands on 25/05/2021 from Bangalore.

                  However after a month time the parcel has returned back to the Bangalore from Netherlands.

                  Checked the tracking status in Postal site and there is no reason mentioned.

                  Please check and let me know the reason why was the parcel reached back to Netherlands and with out delivering was returned back to the Origin address.

                    Parcel had been sent back . Return to sender had been initiated . No sign of parcel and no cooperation from the concerned authorities. Neither any cooperation from the consumer complaint authorities. If not the parcel, I need my 21 thousand that I had paid for the entire parcel including transaction

                    "Return to sender" had been initiated on 20th feb 2021 since was unable to collect the parcel. Tracking status was updated to "item bagged" on 26th Feb at the Mumbai foreign post and is the same since then. Its been a month now.No progress on the same . Tracking No- RZ[protected]GB

                      I had ordered my bank cheque book in May. My bank dispatched it on 8th of May (JB[protected]IN) but it hasn't be delivered yet.When checked on tracking site it was showing it was still in the post office. I wrote a mail to India post regarding this but never got a reply. Today when I checked the tracking details they have updated that it was delivered on 11th May. Which is not correct as no one delivered it to me or called me regarding this.

                      I am quite frustrated that such important articles are treated in such way by India Post. Pl do the needful and let me know about the real whereabouts of my parcel.

                          My parcel got dispatched from Kolkata RMS Mail TMO and no updates after that

                          I booked a parcel from Kalyan Nagar P.O in bengaluru with consignment number - EK[protected]IN on 22/06/2021. It was supposed to reach by 25/06/2021 but the last update was Item dispatched from Kolkata RMS Mail TMO on 26th morning and no updates after that.
                          I would like to know what is the current and status and when the item will be delivered....

                              This is regarding a package I sent to India from US via USPS on April 03 2021 (tracking number – UH[protected]US). As per status it shows the package reached Delhi from US and departed to a transfer airport and the item is currently in transit to the destination on April 11 2021 at 10:05 AM.

                                My speed post consignment no. ED[protected]IN booked from sec 7 rohini delhi Post office was sent to Tilak Nagar Mumbai 400089 on 17 Jun21 and as per tracking status it is recvd on 21 Jun 21 at Tilak Nagar s.o Mumbai but the item was not recvd at the post office neither they hve confirmed any receipt of said consignment. Now the item is untraceable. Plz help as it contains official documents.
