Shahdara SO Have not delivered my parcel on my address and return it saying that address not found, but I am residing there from 40 years and regularly received my parcel.

I have made an order through Instagram https://instagram.com/label_vee?utm_medium=copy_link url of the profile I ordered from. I made an order on 28 August 2021 and it is August 16 2021. I am not able to know whether I will receive my product or not neither the seller or India post (from where the parcel was supposed to be delivered) India post is showing that the item is booked for days now. Non of them is acknowledging anything related to product to me.

It has been two months since the international tracking shows your item departed a transfer airport in Indira Gandhi international airport delhi India on June 26, 2021.but there has been no update nor delivery since then.kindly deliver the parcels UM[protected]US and UM[protected]US as early as possible.

Sir i booked a parcel from vasco digama goa to junglighat portblair on 24 july 21. My consignment no is CM[protected]IN . It doesnt deliever till now and there is no update regarding this consignment online. Plz send my parcel early.

My Passport is packed from Bengaluru NSH BNPL Centre on 12/08/2021 6.58 PM for the 560027 by Inland Speed Post, Passport Seva Kendra lalbagh.
It was received at R T Nagar H.O on 13/08/2021 07:35:15. I was never contacted by post master.
But I can see that it was Not Delivered stating "Addressee cannot be located" twice. My phone number is added to the PO

I ordered a toy for my son from Russia, last month in July, and it reached India on 16th of July, after that the customs cleared it and sent it to Guwahati airport.

From Guwahati airport my toy never reached to my home, and when I contacted the Guwahati Post office, they said they couldn't trace it because it might have been stolen during customs or in the Guwahati airport.

That item cost me 3000 rupees for my son, please help, how can someone steal a toy for kids. I need a full refund either from KOLKATA customs or India Posts.

I have booked one gift item from USA which is supposed to be delivered to Bhubaneshwar.
The last update which I see is ' item dispatched from Kolkata RMS and next location -- How Ma RMS TMO'.
This is updated on 13 Aug at 2.00 AM IST.

I do expect further updates quickly or atleast within stipulated time, as it is speed post.
Please make its movement asap. It has very crucial role in the recipient's life.

I sent the parcel on 6th August 2021 via speed post. But it has been 7 days my consignment has not been delivered also there’s no update about it. No updates on tracking number. Kindly look into the matter and deliver the parcel as soon as possible at the destination or at least give some update return it.

The Consignment ID tracker showed the item is delivered and confirmed, but I never received a call or a parcel on my door. I just got an SMS saying its delivered, and I enquired with my Security Guard as well, but no one had delivered the package. Please check into this asap. Thank you!

I am the customer of the Post Office Savings Bank. Today (13/08/2021) I went to bank to deposit 5000 Rupees in my account at Rasipuram S.O branch (637408). In which there are 25 number of 10 rupee coins were not accepted and refused to deposit it in my account by cashier.
When I asked the reason, the cashier said that we will not accept the 10 rupee coin and the 10 rupee coins are not circulating in a market. I said him that it is legally released by the RBI and a valid coin.
But still he refused to accept the coin and also he said that according to the act of coin 1873 these many number of coins not accepted at a time. You can complaint anywhere but i will not take these 10 rupee coins.
Kindly give me the guidelines about the 10 rupee coin and what is the maximum amount of coins that can be deposited at the bank and i also want the clear reason that why the bank is not accepting the 10 rupee coin, though the RBI says that the bank will accept the 10 rupee coin.

The behaviour of the post office employee
Mr. Rambabu from sub post office salur vizianagaram 535591is really rude. As I went to support my aunt for aadhar correction process today on 13.08.2021 morning at 8.30pm. Earlier she went more than 5times but there is no proper response the main reason is my aunt is uneducated from last 4days they played with her by making trouble today also rambabu doesn't talk properly and treated us very rude way which is not acceptable and importantly there is no cameras to observe them. This is d main reason he's playing with customers

The way of communication is really hurting and he uses toxic words while arguing, he's very badly shouting at customers . He dont have respect for ladies particularly the words he used are too worst even his higher authority who's presence in Post office supported rambabu with his words and made single me(lady) ashamed with their actions .

This is really bad to know this is how customers are handled by govt employees.

I am at Swami Tirth nagar Post Offfice. I have come here for aadhaar updataion from morning, but my number hasn't come yet, it's going to be evening in some time. The employee sitting here is very lazy, doing his work very merely. A very bad experience of aadhaar updatation I gain here. This employee is really very bad. I am very disappointed from the service of this centre, even though I can't get a complaint box here toh file my complaint

I have booked two speed posts to annamalai university, chennai on 2-8-2021... Tracking updates are shown till 6-8-2021...After that there's no updates regarding the same... It's very emergency as the parcel is very important to reach the destination on time. Please share the updates...
