Dear Sir/ Madam,

My parcel CE[protected]US from USA via India Post has been stuck at customs Chennai on hold. Please help to get clearance. Please let me know to which mail id I should produce my product invoice purchase copies and proof so that I can get clearance. Please help to get it sorted.

I have sent my consignment to India from China and it's almost more that 52 days now and it is still not yet delivered.
The status is struck (Pune CRC L1R Item Dispatched Air Pune TSO TMO) from last 24 days and no are able to provide update on my consignment.

My Shipmemt with tracking no. [ LG[protected]GB ] is held at Mumbai Customs. Showing remarks as "RETAINED BY BORDER AGENCY/SECURITY FOR U". Its been 4 days held at customs. May I know why it is held up for so long time? They are just clothes. Kindly sort out the issue at the earliest.

My parcel was booked on 11/06/21 and now it is in the process of delivery and while tracking my Consignment it was showing proper information like "Packed", "Dispatched" etc.

But since yesterday when I'm trying to track my article it is showing the message "Consignment details not found".
I have attached the picture of the same.

I had booked a speed post on 7 June from sujanpur tira so to Aurangabad SO (Faridabad). Till now it is not reached at the destination. Iam not able to track the consignment. Last update that consignment was despatched from NSH Delhi. It was redirected from karol bagh so to Gurgaon road so.My destination pincode was also changed from 121105 to 110037. I had booked a speed post from Bongaigaon S.O to Rourkela 8 S.O on 03/06/2021 but it has not reached the location till now.
The last time tracking result showed the location as Rourkela RMS TMO after that when I tried to track it showed "Consignment details not found

I didnt get my parcel till today but on india post website it is showing parcel delivered. So please resolve my issue as soon as possible and deliver my parcel.

My debit card was with the postmaster for 3 months every time i enqured he told mey it was not received but the status at india post portal clearly showed that item delivery confirmed

My consignment is for village Aurangabad, palwal, Haryana, pin code 121105. It has already taken 5 days and I had done a speed post.

I ordered a product on Amazon which was shipped with India post on 6th June 2021, upon checking with the tracking ID on 10th June I found that my order has reached it's destination city, and is out for delivery, Few hours later I got a message that my item is on hold due to insufficient address, whereas this is the complete address that I've been using for all my online order deliveries till date and it has been working just fine cause it has all the required details such as pincode, street number and all.

I want my order to be delivered at it's earliest.
