I have ordered skincare products worth 39£ from cult beauty on june 4th I have recieved the package on june 23 2021 via Indian Postal Service after passing through Indian customs foreign exchange mumbai with the tracking number EH[protected] NL. When I recieved the package I package felt it was empty as soon as I noticed it was empty I registered complaint writing a complaint letter to customs officer mumbai via indian post the consignment number of the complaint is RN[protected]IN . The customs sent me empty box taking away the products without information. I need answers I paid amount for products that I bought where are my products. I need them back. I am ready to the custom charges if required I just need my package back. Kindly look into this and help me out with a solution.

    Dear man/sir

    The staffs of greater Ghorpuri post office are really careless, I have provided the right address in the envelope but they have aided their own pincode and address, the tracking ID in the receipt it is showing the right address but when I enter the ID in tracking page the destination pincode is different

    Please sir/Mam I humbly request you to look on this matter

        I have booked one
        Registered parcel from India Post, bearing
        IVR No.[protected],
        from GPO Lucknow to Sirsa
        HO on 15.06.2021. The
        parcel was properly packed
        and sealed as per the
        requirements of India Post.
        It contained new clothes
        valued around weighing 1284
        gms. Since 18.06.2021. the
        tracking status of the
        parcel shows as ITEM
        DISPATCHED from New
        Delhi RS TMO and the
        parcel is still not delivered.
        Please help me in getting my parcel traced and delivered.

          Send some urgently needed medicines via speed post from kolkata west bengal india on 9th june 2021.
          the postmaster told me that the item would be delivered within 10 days but its been more than 2 weeks and it has not even been dispatched from India.
          No answers even after raising multiple complaints

              We would like to inform you that there are some items missing from the parcel and torn the parcel. While checking off the items we found the following missing;
              1.cardomom
              2.coffiee powder
              3.coffiee beans
              4.cinnamon
              The package enclosed packing slips that have been received in an awful condition. The outer wrappings were fragile and mutilated and the inner contents were collapsed and useless condition.

              They have checked and tested your products. As these powders/materials are subjected to drugs trafikking so thorough inspection is been done thats why you received the article in that condition. Although, it was the duty of the custom officers to fix the holes made on it after the inspection.

              From Meenangadi to Thiruvananthapuram, there was no doubt that it was a drug. Suddenly the Thiruvananthapuram division had this suspicion. If there was any doubt like this, the Consumer should check it knowingly and not empty the use and lose the property in it. It is these kinds of reactions that keep the customer's mouth shut. If there is any such doubt in the parcel, it should be checked at the sent office. This is unfair.

                Has been cleared and awaiting international departure in Mumbai, India since 11 April 2021 until, recently, when it was scanned again Mon 21 June 2021 at Delhi, India. Where it has been cleared and awaiting international departure…AGAIN. WHY has been transported from city to city in your country? I have been waiting 10 weeks for it to arrive in Australia, yet it hasn’t left India. What the heck is going on?

                      Registered post has been handed over to a different person and not the recipient. It has been a month since a complaint has been raised but India post doesnt care. India post even sent a goon to my house asking me to retract my compliant. India post has caused a loss of time, energy and money. It should compensate for this loss.

                                I'm writing this mail regarding the package which was delivered today on 22nd june. I had ordered a wallet on 3rd june from carl friedrik website. After opening the package there was no sign of the wallet, only the box was there. Also the package i received seemed like someone opened it. The wallet was an expensive item. Is this what workers at post are like? opening packages and stealing peoples belongings.
