Registered parcel with consignment number CR[protected]IN was booked from Mansarovar S.O on 30-June-2021 for Electronic City phase 1 Bangalore.
The parcel is still not delivered and in tracking there is no update since last 6 days. Also, it shows the parcel reached Bangalore parcel hub and then was sent back to Jaipur parcel hub. No reason given.
Nodal officers do not respond. No one picks up the call on calling up India Post toll free Helpline numbers and post office numbers .
Request you intervention and urgent action. Attaching the parcel registration receipt and tracking updates from India Post web site for your reference.

Complaint marked as Resolved

Raised complain in India Post web site, CPGRAMS and emailed DDG, India Post. From DDG required officers were informed. Updates were then posted in the complain tracking section of India Post web site. Parcel was sent back to the originating city and had reached RLO as unclaimed. Based on the complaint it was re-dispatched.

My consignment (EN[protected]IN) has been stuck in KOL AP TMO since 25.6.2021. The item was dispatched on 22.6.2021 from Bangalore to Imphal. What is the reason for so much delay? Why is it taking so long to reach Imphal? Find attached the status of the consignment.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My grandmother gets pension from Post Office, Raj Nagar Gurugram Haryana. When Second wave of Covid was there, she didn't went to take the pension due to lockdown and pandemic in March - April, April - May.
She went in June to take the pension but Post Office official said that Govt. took the pension back and she won't get the pension for those three months. We have been there few times to collect the pension but official is not responding.

Absolutely rubbish service by India post for Speed Post. It has already taken more than 48hrs for 70kms, and in the end the item has been marked as Insufficient address.

Updated by Sheakhxy Dominos, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Fedex, etc all have delivered items without any issue. Only postman of India Post couldn’t locate address. What an irony!!

India Post twitter account promised to get back with an update but have stopped responding since then. This is absolutely pathetic. I need to send the documents ASAP. Those documents will impact my employment.
