Dear Sir,

I was due to receive a parcel (air mail). It was posted to Ludhiana and then again sent back to Delhi and there has been no updates after that. I have tried calling the India mail customer support and they were also not able to help. I will be extremely thankful if you can look into this matter. I am attaching a screenshot of current status of my parcel....

I have sent a speed post of the medicine to my home but it's still going to 9th day and it's shows that the status of consignment is still in Darbhanga rms tmo post office and my consignment number is this :- EJ[protected]IN it's an emergency of the medicine to my house so please kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible...

This is regarding a consignment number EE[protected]IN. It has been sitting at KOL AP TMO for the past 45 days. Please update what is happening....

My courier (Tracking no. EK[protected]IN) stuck with Canada Tronto-A custom hold and extra information are showing as "awaiting presentation to border agency/s" since 23rd Feb 2021 and when I called Canada Toronto officials they are saying they cannot track my document parcel, as they have lots of parcels to look for.

The tracking shows awaiting presentation to border agency/s. Its been almost 11 days since the packet reached...

I have ordered a medical item from US. USPS tracking shows it departed delhi airport and in transit since Jan 5th. Its been 2months I haven’t yet received my package....

My parcel was booked on 22nd feb 2020 and on 27th it was dispatched from AIR LGBI APTMO, after that there is no further update its been 7 days....

It has been more than 3 days since the bag was dispatched from DELHI RS TMO. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. it is very urgent...

My friend in the U.K. sent me a parcel (box) on Feb 3. Stuck in customs for 16 days! It is fully insured. Do I need to file insurance claim against India Post? Or will they deliver it?
