    Address: new delhi

    Ref no ED[protected]IN, was not delivered at address mention on it. The address written on the parcel and the address in the system is different and hence it was most likely delivered to a wrong address. i and the person who was supposed to receive the parcel both got a message saying item delivered but they did not receive it. it’s the irresponsibility of the delivery guy and the post office officials to enter wrong address in the system from the parcel die to which me and the recipient both will suffer a huge loss..
    IRRESPONSIBILITY SHOWN BY DUTY POSTMAN

    Please look into matter and ensure the issue not repeat again.

      Had booked a Speed Post consignment on 08/04/2021 from Bhawanipore PO (Kolkata) to Hyderabad. The Post Office seems to have sent this to Agartala instead and the customer care is unable to register a complaint. This is an important document which is absolutely necessary for sanctioning of loan and has to reach within this week.

      Not getting any favourable response or sense o[censored]rgency from the department. Please help expedite a resolution.

          Hello,
          My speed post has not yet arrived to its desired destination it's been one and a half month since I posted it (1st March to 15 April) may i know what's the problem and when is it going to reach the receiver is waiting it has important files in it which are about to expire and if it reaches late after its expering date thn I guess you should keep it to yourself no need to send it and thanks you to my admission will be cancelled EM[protected]IN.

          will my post reach to its desired destination this year or do i have to wait till next year when they will reopen to take admissions. Cauz with this speed i wonder my post will arrive the next year like from 1st of march i send it n it successfully reached NSH 2CBPO on 4th of March but since then it didnt arrive yet which means not yet dispatched which leads no no update further i am telling you the last time that i want my post to arrive its destination before it gets expired. I even got a mail from institute that they require the papers as soon as possible before it is of no use .

            I ordered from a website & they dispatched my parcel through indian post on 5.4.21 and it's dispatched from panvel sorting & there is no update from 10.4.21 & I haven't received the package till now & no one is replying I have shared the screenshot below.

              The tracking status shows that the item delivery has been confirmed on 13/04/2021 15:44:03. But I have not got the package. . There was a phone number of recipient provided on the label & yet I did not received a call.

                Respected Sir/Madam

                We booked two parcels (EP[protected]IN on 16.03.21 and CP[protected]IN on 19.03.21) with India Post to be delivered in NZ. Its been almost a month we still have not received our parcels. tracking tools shows that both parcels are still sitting in Delhi.

                our family have tried to contact the customer care for the update but had no luck. I have asked the company on facebook and twitter too for the update but did not receive any response.

                We paid decent amount of money to the company for the parcels but the service does not meet the standard.

                Can you please assist us from here? Can we know where our parcels are exactly and when are we going to receive them?

                  I had booked a parcel on 17/03/21 and today it is 14/04/21. The status of my consignment shows received at Kolkata TMO on 31st of March. India post customer service is pathetic. No one can answer queries. Poor service will never use it and ask people not to avail the poor service. I have raised a complaint too but there is just no response My consignment number- EW[protected]IN. Kindly revert

                    My Package ID: EK[protected]IN has been dispatched to the wrong pin code. The correct Pincode is 791110 but instead, the Pincode mentioned by the India Post Executive is 799001. How do I rectify the error? The package is in transit currently

                      Address: GHAZIABAD CSO (CRC)

                      I would like to lodge a complaint as the parcel is not moving from 25 March 2021. It is stuck in GHAZIABAD CSO (CRC). It is an international parcel from australia. The parcel is supposed to go to Greater Noida. But they are not moving the parcel.

                                My speed post was not tracking and moreover the postman doesn't enterd the data on computer whenever i search for tracking information it shows that no data found.And there is no message that i have submitted my speed ppost when i approach to post man he neglected my concerns and busy in his work. I asked him when my percel but he said that he don't know. Sir u will be very kindfui[censored] take the matter seriously. Tracking number - ES[protected]IN. My contact number-[protected] After this my speed postoo delayed ... I[censored] don't give this parcel in time i will put a legal notic through Consumer Court for misleading information t india post delivers in 1 to 4 days. I will only wait for 4 days only and then i will put a legal notic on India Post

                                      Parcel stuck in Kolkata Airport Transit Office (KOL AP TMO)

                                      I have an important transcript documents which has to be sent to Canada which seems to be stuck in Kolkata Airport Transit Office(KOL AP TMO) for more than 7 days now.
                                      Given that it is supposed to be a "speed post", please check and send it to concerned address at the earliest.

                                      SBI booked the Atm card on 26/2/2021 at BNPL SB HUB AGRIPADA and till date the item has not reached Agartala H.O.

                                      On 2/03/2021item was received at Kol AP TMO and was dispatched on same day. But now it's over a month and the item has not been delivered.
