    It has been more than 3 days since the bag was dispatched from DELHI RS TMO. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. it is very urgent

      My friend in the U.K. sent me a parcel (box) on Feb 3. Stuck in customs for 16 days! It is fully insured. Do I need to file insurance claim against India Post? Or will they deliver it?

      Now almost 20 days... no response from India Post EMS. This is a horrible postal service. They need to lose their jobs. Too much job security at government organizations. Disgusting.

        Address: Post Office GURGAON (HEAD OFFICE), GURGAON, HARYANA (HR), India (IN), Pin Code:- 122001

        I did not get my item delivered at my home but the tracking id JA[protected]IN shows that my item has been delivered. The office which shows that item delivered is 'GURGAON HO'.
        Kindly help to resolve my issue.

        This is to inform that my issue got resolved, as my item got delivered the next day.
        Maybe it's due to this complaint or also it could be like the delivery man thought of delivering it the next day but in this case he should not update the status as item delivered.
        But in last i got my product and it didn't took too much time. hope this would help ...so thank you. :)

          I have applied for my vehicle registration at the RTO Attapur and they have dispatched it on 08th February with consignment number EN[protected]IN. The consignment shows Item Delivery confirmed without me receiving it. Also my address is in Miyapur where as i can see from the tracking status that its delivered in Hyderguda S.O.

                  We sign up for epost office of India post department and user I'd alloted but for verification mobile Code -mcode not sent to mobile hence my verification still pending and not able to use online IPO service of postal department more than 15days.I already call on toll free no. But no action taken till date.[protected]@indiapost.gov.in mail I'd not delivered also.

                          I had sent a registered letter from Germany to Mumbai on 01st February . It is not delivered yet and while tracking in India post portal it shows insufficient address.

                            Hello, I recently ordered a product online from United States via a portal for a faster delivery, although the product got delivered within 4 days to india, it wasn’t updated online.

                            Now, after almost a month finally the status of my shipment says delivered and says it’s at Mumbai foreign post with remarks RETAINED BY BORDER AGENCY/SECURITY FOR U. I tried contacting the respected authorities, but there is no response. If somebody can please help me here to get my shipment to my place faster, that’ll really be appreciated.

                            Below, I’ve also attached a screenshot, which also includes the shipment tracking ID.

                                    Hello sir,

                                    I want to give a complaint again of post office sewri branch 400015.

                                    That lady in the front counter misbehave with me again.today I go in that post office I see lots of peoples are standing in huge line that line also going to the street so that's why i come after some time because as you know corona cases are huge in Maharashtra now so that's why I came after 12 pm but that lady says sir I can't pay your bill now time is over.

                                    I want to tell you that why there was huge line because they are taking all the parcels and light bills and landline phone bills in 1 line and there 2 other counters are available but they are not doing separat counters for bills and for the parcels so that's why huge line go to the street.

                                    And when I go to the post master to give feedback about this but post master is not available he is on holidays.

                                    Please look at this matter as I complaint earlier also with that lady I don't know his name and do some actions.
                                    And please tell them to do separate counters for bills and parcels.

                                    And please let me know what's actions are you going to take.

                                      Today i was on the counter of Post Office at 2.35 PM date 27/02/2021 to enquire about Adhar card updation process, the person on the desk was not in the good mood, he was not answering all my question just dont come and intrupt out door during after noon, abused me by bad words, and shouted on me and said come next saturday before 08.00 AM.and i asked them to tell hi name he refused it,

                                      Is this the way to behave to elder persons, there is no work ethics,
                                      this must have been stoped, If some one asking some infotmation its there duty to provide full information. this must be stoped, please take serious action on this, no body should suffer these kind misbehavior problems in future

                                      I am too frustated by the behabior of this employee

                                        My speed post for sealed envelope (Tracking number : ED[protected]IN) is stuck with canada toronto-a customs hold and extra information is showing as "awaiting presentation to border agency/s" since 11th February, 2021 and canada toronto office has not bothered to inform me regarding the same.
                                        The tracking shows "awaiting presentation to border agency/s". Its been more than 15 days since the packet reached canada via india post. It is a very important wes (World education services) sealed envelope containing my transcripts and attested degree certificate meant for evaluation by wes. Totally disappointed with their services! Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
