Through an e-commerce website, I had ordered an item which was booked on 13 Feb 2021 at Museum road S.O. Bangalore and had to be delivered at Ichak S.O Hazaribagh. The consignment has last update of 14 Feb in which it's showing that the item has been dispatched from Ma Ranchi RMS TMO at about 17:30 but no updates after that. Today is 18th and it has been 4 days I am waiting for any further updates. I had contacted my local post...

My parcel to Hong Kong is stuck at the Chennai airport sorting office. In the tracking consignment site no update regarding the parcel since 12/2/2021, it just shows the item is bagged at CHENNAI AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE. The consignment number is RT[protected]IN. Please look into this issue.

EB[protected]IN booked from BNPL hub is not yet delivered. Taking longer than usual.
it's been 6 days and item is in dispatch state only. no movement of item from BNPL HUB since 12/02/2021

I have applied PAN CARD through. "UTIITSL and my PAN CARD has been dispatched through INDIA POST consignment number RT[protected]IN on 12/02/2021. But the post delivery location is having my permanent address location, At present I am staying in Residential address (Bangalore). So, I want to change my delivery location address to be change to Bangalore only.

My father got my educational documents verified from PSBT & IT TRAINING Chandigarh and sent through india post via speed post to world education services, toronto, canada on 8th February 2021. Today it was showing status as not delivered with tracking number EP[protected]IN Please solve this problem as they are really important documents for my educational assessment. Thank you.

My courier (Tracking no: EM[protected]IN) stuck with canada toronto-a custom hold and extra information are showing as "awaiting presentation to border agency/s" since 11th Feb, 2021 and canada toronto office has not communicated me regarding the same.
The tracking shows awaiting presentation to border agency/s. Its been almost 7 days since the packet reached canada via india post it is a most important wes document. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest!

Consignment No. EU[protected]IN is stuck in Canada Customs since 02.02.2021. The consignment consists of Transcripts bound for Federation of Law Societies of Canada, Ontario.

Another Consignment with No. ED[protected]IN that reached Canada on 11.02.2021 with transcripts bound for Federation of Law Societies of Canada, Ontario was cleared.

Why one set of consignment ED[protected]IN is cleared even if it reached late and other EU[protected]IN is still stuck at customs even though it reached Canada on 02.02.2021

My consignment number is EW[protected]IN. On 14th Feb, 2021 it is showing as dispatched from KOL AP TMO. But after that, no further updates. It's been 3days since the last update.

Booked a speed post with tracking ID -EN[protected]IN on 10th Feb. Currently it's showing from last 3 days dispatched from KOL AP TMO . Then, why it's not reaching Gaya, as it is only maximum 12 hrs of distance. Why it's not reaching even in 3 working days. Last time, it took 6 days to reach Gaya from KOL which was booked at same post office. I just want to ask why it's taking 11-12 days to deliver a post even when it's speed post, delivering 98% posts within 9 days. Please help me, I have deadline to submit the documents but it's not reaching to me.

My Courier for the WES Education Evaluation from Anna University with tracking number : ET[protected]IN is showing status as Canada Customs Hold and Remarks as AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S. There is no change in the status from Jan 22nd 2021 until now for almost 30 days. There is no option for getting the status updates or by call from the India Post that is very disappointing.
Can you help with the resolution

I sent a parcel weighing 19 kg from Tirupathi to Sweden on 05/02/20
The parcel is lying in Chennai since 09/02/20 and today it’s 16/02/20. No update so far.
May I know why there is delay in dispatching the parcel from Chennai foreign post office

So ... there has not been any update on a package I am expecting from a merchant since 20/01/2021.

Consignment/Tracking number ED[protected]IN

There are 5 entries on this date stating that the item was booked, then bagged, then dispatched, then received and then bagged again (at a location described as DELHI SPEED POST CETRE). After that ... nothing. Am I to understand that the item is still there, and if so, why has it not continued the "journey" to it's destination. I was told that EMS Speed Post would take 10-20 days to deliver to the US ... 26 days have now passed.

Is the tracking information listed here reliable? I understand that there may be delays due to the pandemic however this seems excessive.

I have sent a Registered letter to Shillong from Buniadpur, WestBengal

BOOKED from Buniadpur on 5th Feb. And on 11th Feb it was Dispatched from Guwahati TMO... Unfortunately, there's no sign of tracking after being dispatched from Guwahati TMO. Kindly, look into the matter. It contains some official documents.

I have booked two consignments for France through India Post wit No. EW[protected]IN and EW[protected]IN on 01 Feb 2021. As I track these packages I see that after completing the Customs process on 04 Feb, they are bagged and kept at Kolkata EMS Speedpost Centre. From then on there is no further update regarding these packages.

I need an update regarding the present status of these packages. And why is there so much of delay.

My registered letter is yet to be delivered whereas the mail was dispatched via India Post Registered Service from Ludhiana on 02/02/2021.

I have raised complaint through India Post's portal but that too remained unattended (Complaint ID: [protected])

I have raised my concern through twitter but they did not even attend.

The registered letter has much importance to me but I am surprised to see the activities of a Government Concern.

I am a transparent tax payer and responsible citizen too. I feel very bad and this raises my grievance because this stands faulty whenever Government concerns come in to the account.

I wish I could not have taken risk and sent my documents through private courier.
But Alas! It is my mistake to choose India Post. Such Irresponsible people are there.
I beg of your help to get my registered letter delivered at my destination.
