Hi I have couple packages that should've been mailed to me instead both packages are stuck at the DELHI INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENTRE, India and it has been there for almost 30 days now. Can i get my packages send out as soon as possible? Here are the tracking numbers for both packages. RH[protected]IN & RH[protected]IN. I need this packages send out to its destination please!

    My speed post sent on 04.02.2021 from RMS Sahibganj for Noida travelled to jasidih, deoghar, dhanbad and TMO ranchi.
    Its showing dispatch from Ranchi TMO . I am clueless if it is travelling to Noida or circulating on in jharkhand.

      It has been noticed from years together that your personnel have been unable to print a disciplined receipt against premiums collected from the PLIs. Verbally complained before the authority of the Meghdoot Bhawan, Guwahati several times. But, doing totally nonsense.
      please take immediate step. because, the entire nation is marching ahead and Postal Department has been unable to solve the same problem for year after year.

        My courier (Tracking no: EM[protected]IN ) stuck with canada toronto-a custom hold and extra information are showing as "awaiting presentation to border agency/s" since 18 January, 2020 and canada toronto office has not bothered to call/inform me regarding the same.
        The tracking shows awaiting presentation to border agency/s. Its been almost 21 days since the packet reached canada via india post it is a most important WES document. Totally disappointed with their services! Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest!

                      My important documents are on custom hold in canada for 15 days, my speedpost is on hold and it always happens with Indispost. The documents has ti reach WES and unnecessary wait of 15 days is unprofessional and hampering my plans

                        I am worrying about the tracking of a parcel sent from Varanasi the 25th of november 2020 to me in France (parcelCU[protected]IN).

                        After being stuck at Delhi FPO from the 07/12/2020 to the 18/01/2021, instead going to France it went to Mumbai FPO IMPORT and came back to Delhi FPO the 31/01/2021 AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S.

                        It is like the parcel is going back to Varanasi like i was the sender as it is now notified in the frenchpost tracking.

                        How can i be sure that the sender will not be taxed by customs for a mistake, will i receive my parcel? It's not the first time i receive parcels from Varanasi and i never see such a strange way to come.

                        Usually, after the Delhi FPO, it comes directly to Roissy int. French Airport before being delivered to me. Usually customs clearances are made in France, not in india, that's why i suppose a mistake.

                        it's been confirmed today by french post that for an unknown reason, the parcel is going back like i was the sender... and it is know in the hands of Delhi customs...like it was an import..

                        Parcel is now back in Varanasi, as i TOLD EVERYONE SINCE ONE MONTH!

                        India Post is asking the sender to pay 1380 Rps as "return fee"!!!

                        I knew it, i'm very angry after Indian AND French post! I phoned and mailed them all, i left complaint on the indiaPost website, none of them was able or tried to do anything, just one reply : "kindly wait sir, please wait sir, wait wait wait...your parcel is on its way to France!!",

                        now what? "please pay fee or parcel will be kept? are you serious all?

                        Today French post admit their mistake. They kept my parcel 15 days at the office of my place without warning me. They told me that the delivery man didn't make any effort to check the adress on the parcel that didn't have a delivery number on it... it's a shame!

                        India post has done the job
                        it's been confirmed today by french post that for an unknown reason, the parcel is going back like i was the sender... and it is know in the hands of Delhi customs...like it was an import..

                              Hi Team,
                              Consignment number :CK[protected]IN, has been stuck in Mumbai foreign post office from 22/01 . The status says item bagged with no movement from 22/01. I am pregnant and my parents from India has sent me food items, with already 13 days passed the food would get spoilt.
                              Can you please resolve the issue at the earliest

                                Didn't receive my speed post parcel and it's been more than 10 days and there's no update on it's progress on the consignment tracking facility.

                                  Customer ID generation

                                  Sir,
                                  My policy no is[xxxxxxxxxx]. I am not able to generate customer id and because of that i am not able to log in to pli. I have approached post office pli section they have checked everything and that is correct. My email and mob is registered in policy but every time when i go to generate id it is shown that you have entered wrong details approach to nearest post office.

                                    Hello Sir
                                    My wife's transcript dispatched through India post with reference number ED[protected]IN is stuck in Canada customs since 18th Jan 2021. These transcripts are meant to be delivered to World Education Services for credential verifications

                                    I have contacted india post and launched a complaint in their portal [[protected]], but the only response received is to contact customs office. This is pathetic service for such an important document which through other courier services get delivered in 3 to 4 days. We are loosing precious time as next milestones in our professional life are linked to this evaluation from WES
