A booked by ignou rajghat on 17 September.2020 has not delivered till 17 January 2021. This parcel contains my books and my exams are scheduled to be held in February 2021. The article no. Is CY[protected]IN. I am unable to track this parcel. I visited samaipur post office and without checking the article number.. they said that we don't receive ignou article go to rohini sector 5. I visited rohini sector 5 post office 2 times. They said we received this parcel and sent it to Samaipur post office. But samaipur post office is not providing any specific information about the parcel. Alrdy sent a Complain to the dak bhawan. But no action has been taken.

    Dear Team,

    My Phone number is being misused on some other Post office bank account which does not belong to me.
    I am constantly getting messages stating certain amount is debited or credited from a bank account which does not belong to me.
    Kindly check the details and ensure these frauds are stopped at the earliest.

    Received messages from VD-DOPBNK and it says;
    Account No. XXXXXX5344 DEBIT with amount Rs.74651.00 on[protected].
    Balance: Rs.501.00. [IN2332072]

    I had received multiple messages like this and I have attached a screenshot for the same. Kindly check and do the needful.

      My parcel hasn't arrived yet, My brother's name was my parcel sent to me from China, so far my parcel has not arrived, can you please take the trouble of sending me to my house. The last tractor acting is showing from Kolkata, my password has arrived in Kolkata, it has not run from Kolkata. There are two items. please do some things. it is important for the family.

        NSH New Delhi Complaints
        My consignment No.AQ[protected]IN was booked on[protected] from STATE BANK OF INDIA but I have not received the consignment till date. After checking from the net it was delivered to NSH New Delhi dated 13.01.2021
        How can I get this. Kindly let me know.

                I booked a document No- EH[protected]IN from Gurgaon to Kargil on 2 Jan 2012 after so many follow ups telephonically & email ( [protected] ) but not getting any response from postal department. As per tracker after 12 days again showing in Delhi NSH. Customer care department not not aware. I am badly struggling for my important document but no body is ready give response. Really very bad services no time and money value. Really very bad experience staff also not supporting. I want to no where is my document? Document is important.

                      The tracking status shows that the item delivery has been confirmed. A message was also received that the package was delivered by Amrit Deka from Ulubari S.O. But the recipient never got the package. There was a phone number of recipient provided on the label & yet nobody received a call.

                              I've been waiting for my parcel since today morning as the tracking status said Out for Delivery. I waited for them to deliver my parcel, which has reached MANGO S.O. but, THEY DIDN'T DELIVER THE PARCEL. In the evening, tracking updated with ITEM DELIVERY CONFIRMED, without delivering my parcel to me!!! What the hell is wrong with these guys!!! My consignment number is CD[protected]IN. I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE SORT THIS MATTER OUT!!! IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO STUDY WITHOUT MY NOTES!!!

                                Content missing and status is showing delivered.

                                My parcel is showing delivered status but the content of the speed post is missing. Moreover a false date has been updated for delivery. Speed post tracking ID is AQ[protected]IN...

                                My consignment no. is EW[protected]IN. It reached at Kolkata NSH on the early morning of 8th of January, but it hasn't left from there till now.

                                One more thing is that, the India Post employee at Garia S.O. has inputted wrong pin code: It's showing 560050 as the destination pincode, instead of 560080 (written on envelope).

                                So, these are the two things I'm concerned about. Please do look into it.

                                    I had received a parcel CK[protected]IN (a framed photo) with completely broken pieces. It was well wrapped with multi layered bubble wrap.It was sent from Mangalore to Kerala.
                                    Can you please answer for such an irresponsible handling of parcel goods?
