I had received a parcel CK[protected]IN (a framed photo) with completely broken pieces. It was well wrapped with multi layered bubble wrap.It was sent from Mangalore to Kerala.
Can you please answer for such an irresponsible handling of parcel goods?

    The status as of January 06 2020 09:00 am. The tracking status shows that the item delivery has been confirmed. But the recipient never got the package. There was a phone number of recipient provided on the label & yet nobody received a call.

        To: Inspector of Police, Airport Police station, Trichirapalli-620007.
        I have not received Ack. Card till today Addressee is just one km from my residence while District Collector, Commissioner of Police, Corporation Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner, Corporation have all received their letters and I got Ack Cards next day[protected] itself.
        Kindly enquire and let me know why of all people police are so indifferent to public service.

          The parcel is still at Air LGBI AP TMO. The tracking details were last updated on 17th December. They have not given any information or updates since then. It has been more than 15 days and the parcel has not yet been delivered. Please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

              Hello,
              finally the parcel I’ve sent to India got dispatched and was about to reach its destination. Then the addressee was told to pay as per sheet for example postal fees about rs1, 200? I don’t understand why they charged fees. I understand when they charge custom fees but not postal like I already paid for the shipping costs from Germany to India.
              Please help me out here.

                item dispatched from new delhi rs tmo but, tracking not updated!!!

                My parcel has been dispatched from NEW DELHI RS TMO on 29th Dec, 2020 and it should reach me by now but THE TRACKING HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN. It's been 7 days till then and there's no update on the tracking. Kindly update the tracking details. My tracking consignment no. is CD[protected]IN. Pls solve this problem, as I'm at a loss for not getting my study materials on time!!...

                        My parcel stuck at Air LGBI AP TMO

                        Address: Pynter village Meghalaya State Pynursla PO-793110

                        I have send my parcel from Lonavala (Maharashtra) to Pynursla(Meghalaya) and it's showing that they have received and dispatched also on 22/12/2020 from Air LGBI AP TMO but till now I have not received and didn't get any update where it's has reach exactly, I requested to the concern person who taking care of this things to kindly look in to it and take an action, why it so late.....

                          It has been more than 3 days since the bag was dispatched from Delhi Rs TMO to DELHI EMS SPEED POST CENTRE. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition?                             Consignment sent to Australia on 1st Dec, tracking number - RL[protected]IN still not delivered. This is a very important document hence trusted India post. Even after 30 days it is still not arrived and no proper response from India post on complaints.

                                Hi,
                                This is to inform you that i have been running to open a saving account in Post office -manceswar and chandrasekharpur office bhubaneswar, odisha but this people dont have any interest to work .
                                Every time they are telling this is not coming under our zone and xyz excuse. Now today they are telling we have lot of work so we can t help you to open a account come after 3 weeks, is this a way to handle a customer .This is the time comes up to take legal action or everyday task what they are performing to monitor.They should not think they are working in gov service means simply enjoying behaving the way they want.
                                One more thing the phone numbers which is displaying in front of post office for escalation non of the number are in working stage .
                                This is really too much .

                                  Hi, I have booked 2 articles on 28.12.2020 from Intally Post Office Kolkata and the consignments nos. are EW[protected]IN and EW[protected]IN and the same was to get delivered in local Kolkata addresses only(Ghughudanga, Dumdum and Bangur Avenue). But still showing that the consignments are received at KOL AP TMO on 28.12.2020 and the deliveries of the consignments are still pending. Those are important documents and needs to get delivered at the earliest.
                                  Kindly help me with the delivery of the consignments by today.

                                    On December 22, I received a package from my mother in USA. This was delivered to me in Kolkata by 24 Parganas Garia PO (700084). Customs duty of over Rs3000 was levied which I paid in full at the time of delivery. The package had been opened, I am assuming by Customs at some point. On receipt of the parcel, I opened only to find a number of items missing, eg. pants, chocolates, trinkets - all sent to me for Christmas. It took more than 5 days for Customs to release the item and another 2 days to reach me from the PO ! It is very sad that people in authority in our country steal and remove items from overseas packages. This gives a very bad name to our great country. I know I will not get these items returned to me but some steps should be taken by India post to stop this illegal practice.

                                    It is now over 2 weeks and there has been no contact from the concerned PO or authorities regards my complaint about missing items. A similar complaint has been filed in the US as well as the package was Insured by the sender.
