    Address: MUMBAI EMS SPEED POST CENTRE

    I had ordered a album a few days back from weverse which was received in india on 16th of december but it shows that it been retained by customs. The tracking number is EG[protected]KR. Please help me getting the shipment cleared the item is stuck in foreign exchange post office mumbai branch. So request you to look into the matter and update me.

      Hello sir, it has been almost three days since my registered parcel got dispatched from guwahati ph and it still hasn't reached dimapur. I am sure the distance between the two places won't take that long. I am in urgent need of that parcel, so if you could kindly look into the matter as soon as possible, I will be very grateful.         The parcel with tracking ID EU[protected]IN was submitted for delivery at Vasundhra SO on 8th December, 2020 and the tracking details say it was dispatched on the same day but there's been no update in the tracking detail after that akd the percel hasn't been delivered yet. Please look into it

          A consignment of speed post bearing no. EI[protected]IN was dispatched to my address in delhi, subrotopark
          from regional center IGNOU Bhopal on 10 Jan 2020. But i have not received the consignment till date.               I booked my parcel on 02/12/2020 from Alto Porvorim Goa...and it's reached KOL AP TMO on 05/12/2020.Since this day my parcel is not moving only, it's an urgent parcel..Please send it fast... it's been more than 10 days past already

                        India post says item delivery confirmed, but I did not receive the item. Also in other tracking websites it says item delivered. I live in kolkata (a metropolitan) still it takes 31 days to receive my item.
                        I went to the post office on 17th Dec, but the postman was not present. Called him, he said they are busy delivering some Ration Cards these days, and he doesn’t have information about my parcel.

                        Please see to it that I receive my parcel at the earliest.

                          I have posted my parsal from baramulla*srinagar* on dated 19 nov 2020 to haldwani Uttarakhand. But still the same is showing at delhi RS TMO. I have complained for the same and even till date no tracking is showing..pls do needful on this regard on urgent basis.Details are as below

                          After many reminders no action has been taken to resolve the query...what is the TAT procedure to resolve one query of your valuable customer...its a gentle request to take a action to resolve it ASAP as it already have taken around 2 months...I am waiting for the solution on urgent basis..

                                    There is a huge delay and lack of tracking updates for a month now for a small package that I shipped First-Class from the US to Kolkata.

                                    When I shipped from the US they said it would take 10-15 days total since November 10th when I shipped. With the USPS tracking the item shows as In-Transit from New Delhi to its destination since November 15th:

                                    "Your item departed a transfer airport in INDIRA GANDHI INTL, DELHI, INDIA on November 15, 2020 at 9:51 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

                                    Wrote also an email to the West Bengal support ([protected]@indiapost.gov.in) 10 days ago, no response yet.

                                    Would really appreciate an update on this matter.
