Hello, There was a Package sent through Post Office from United States on 31 July 2020, the package reached Mumbai Airport on 19 August, 2020. And I couldn't track the package post that.
Post that I have been trying to contact the Foreign Post Office, Post Parcel Department, and local Post Office, everyone says that "its a standard package, we cannot track it or do anything if its lost."
The Customs Department said that the product is not stuck at Customs as you would have got an intimation if it was stuck at customs.
Its been almost 55 days plus since its missing from Mumbai Airport.
I have paid $43.29 to ship the product and the product value is 50$. Its very important.
Indian Post cannot getaway with this very lightly.
India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
