Posted the 6kg parcel from Nagpur which had chocolates and a USB and new earphones worth INR 2000. When it reached the destination the office called the addressee and asked to collect it in person as the carton was opened. They didn't deliver it for 3 days and when the addressee came to collect it, it had the earphones and other stuff almost 3/4th chocolates missing.       My college, IIMC has sent the extremely important study material from Kolkata to Aligarh, U.P on 28th july. The package was stuck at KOL AP NSH for past 1 month till 29th August. Now, they have again stuck it at KOL AP TMO. The package is extremely important as it is linked to my examinations.

        Hello sir or madam,

        I have dispatched a parcel with Taiwanese traditional dress to my designer friend in Coimbatore for her study as a gift. However, the parcel is stuck since the end of August and “retained by border agency/security for u” is shown in remark. My friend tried to call there, but didn’t receive the answer. It will be appreciated if anyone could assist.

            My article no was em[protected]in .(carrying medicine)it was booked for darbhanga bihar 866009 but after 10 days tracking it shows it is sent in jharkhand -tatanagar-dhanbad.How is it possible ? please look in to matter and should be shipped earliest at right place.

                I am an account holder in Kelambakkam Sub post office, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu Dist.
                There is no space to stand in queue and there is a huge hole on the floor where clients are standing ( Mostly elderly people ). several person got hurt due to this. No action even send complaint through twitter to Post Master General also
