I opened mis a/c in post office mansrover park delhi 04/02/2020 a/c no [protected]. First installment of interest was due 04/03/2020. Since 04/03/2020/till date i. E six month is past but no interest credit in my a/c s/b [protected] cif no[protected] loni road post office. I aproched in post office through my post office agent since last one month. But no actoin to credit my interest in my a/c. Due to corona it is not advisable to sr citizen to go frequently post office, i am heart patient also. You are requested instruct concern officials to credit my interest in my a/c.

Hello sir

I have bought an item from united states. It was shipped from los angeles on 1st august 2020 vis usps. The product has reached chhatrapati shivaji, mumbai, india on 5 august 2020. It is to be delivered to delhi.
It took only 5 days to reach india. Why is it taking so long for it to reach delhi from mumbai???
Please help me get my parcel as soon as possible since it consists of essential items.

Total 4 parcels have no current updates of their delivery status from the last 1 wk... Specially 2 parcels are stuck at kolkata ap nsh and it is showing item bagged but no current updates... One of them was booked on 18 th of july and from 24 th july 2020, it is showing item is bagged and another one was booked on 24 th of july and from 29th of july it is showing item bagged at kolkata ap nsh... I just want to know when i can get back my parcels and whats is wrong with kolkata ap nsh?? Plz tell

Consignment no. Eg[protected]in was stucked at kol ap nsh for 10 days after that it moved to howrah ich and dispatched from there. Now it's not showing any update. There delivery destination is just few kilometres away from howrah. At least it should be delivered to delivery district office.

I send homoeopathic medicine with full documentation on 30 june 2020 to canada frm rajguru nagar ludhiana post office, (Consignment number ep[protected]in). When i track the consignment item on hold mention since 9 july 2020, why item on hold? And why item not received or hold after full documentation. Please resolve the issue

Hii.. I booked my parcel on 29/6/2020 from shimoga for imphal (Manipur)... When i tracked it it shows it reached at kolkata rms mails tmo on 15/7/2020 but from there till now its not dispatch and it didnt shipped also... N i didnt recieve my parcel till now... Please help me out i have a important documents and papers in that parcel.. Please

The consignment (Very urgent) which was booked on 25 july 2020 through speed post has not been delivered at my address till date. Its been more than 2 weeks now. It was dispatched from air lgbi ap tmo on 1st august 2020 and after that no data has been updated in the system. I need the parcel urgently so i request you to kindly do the needful.

It's been 20days since my books are dispatched from kolkata to guwahati assam. It showed item dispatched the second day and now i cannot track the number. I went to the office too but they couldn't find the consignment details. My exams are after 2 months and i need the books. There's no lockdown in my city too.

However no delivery attempt was made at the door nor at the front desk.
Furthermore the tracking app claims that it has been recieved by the signee which is simply not the case.
I would like to lodge a formal complaint against the delivery personnel and request the acknowledgement reciept to understand where my delivery has gone.

Registered post, tracking no. Ru[protected]in is out for delivery from 03 august, 2020, why it is taking so long to deliver, please make sure that this item will be delivered as early as possible bcz it contains original army group papers.

The letter has not been delivered till date and i am not able to track it in postal service site.

I had sent a document through speed post on 7th July From Silchar to Joka Kolkata, till date they had not received the document its nearly a month. I had complained about this on 27th July 2020 ref No [protected], but till date the speed has been not delivered. I made the complaint on 27/7/2020 after two days speed post tracker showed a progress i.e...

A registered parcel was sent to me from bareilly. (Cu[protected]in) on 27th july but as per the tracker it is lying at ranchi rms since 2 nd august. It was supposed to reach doranda ho i am concerned about this unnecessary delay. I have been to doranda ho to check my parcel but they are only giving me hope that my parcel will be delivered soon. Kindly ensure that i receive my parcel on time or is their any way i can collect my parcel my ranchi rms itself. Expecting your prompt response

This is a report on the sheer sense of negligence of kolkata gpos speed post department. I had booked speed post from kolkata gpo at counter no 15 at 13:30 hrs on 24th july 20 and was supposed to be delivered to m/s indcoil transformers pvt. Ltd., plot no - a 150/151, wagle industrial estate, thane - 400604

It is indeed detrimental to get no update on the status till today i. E 5th august 2020.
Withstanding all odds, i've lodged complain on 31st july online through india post website i. E.https://www.indiapost.gov.in/VAS/Pages/ComplaintRegistration.asp

Till now i have not yet received a response from their end. I have several time visited kolkata gpo dispatch section (2nd floor) & complain section (1st floor) but in vain. Their dispatch authority told me that they have nothing to do because they have dispatched the consignment.
I am totally disappointed from kolkata gpo authority.
I would like to know where is this parcel and when will it be delivered.

I am requesting you to deliver the consignment at the earliest.
This consignment is most urgent.

The electronic money orders for rs. 4, 000/- sent on 28th july, 2020 from pondicherry has not been delivered to chennai address 26/36, nammalwar street, choolai, vepery po chennai-600112. The money order missent to taramani po, chennai and redirected to perambur barracks s. O 600012. Actually this has to be redirected to vepery po choolai, chennai 600112. When we track the posisition, the sms was sent by india post "not delivered insufficient address". Please arrange to deliver my home address in favour of k. S. Mani mohan, 26/36, nammalwar street, choolai, vepery po chennai-600112.
