My item was dispatched on 4th August 2020 at air lgbi ap tmo assam
After that it was updated till 11th August 2020 at 12:45:22 am at air lgbi ap tmo where it was shown as dispatched but till now its been 13 days no update is there in the india post portal.. It is really very important article for me..

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible..

i have raised the issue on Indiapost DOP tracking form-ticket ID 320060

I'm am following up for this for 2 weeks on twitter also now, but no response at all. There is no lock down in that area but still not delivering.

I do all my business deliveries with india post and i'm getting bad name and customer is shouting and asking for refund and is giving bad reviews on me in social media and my business is getting spoiled.

Hi, below parcels were shipped on 4th august but are stuck in west bengal ever since. First it was stuck at siliguri & now at kolkata rms mails tmo.
Please help in getting them released n move forward.

My parcel with CM[protected]IN via registered mail is intended for pincode 422605 but it's sent to wrong pincode 442605 and it went to and fro from Chandrapur to Gadhchiroli at least 3 times. It's not sent to correct district i.e Ahmednagar then Sangamner. Now its more than month.

The parcel was booked in Mumbai (400064) on 31-Jul-2020 for Kolasib S.O (PIN 796081). It reached KOL AP NSH on 7-Jul-2020. The status has not changed/updated since that date. It has been 13 days now. I really need for the parcel to be delivered. I understand that there are delays due to Covid-19. So can I at least know if this delivery is still in process or if the parcel is lost?

My parcel with tracking number RU[protected]NL that was dispatched from Netherlands on 26/06/2020 and released by customs on 11/08/2020 but still I haven't received my parcel. Tracking information is not updating for 5 days. Please deliver it as soon as possible.

myself and my husband have received letter from shivaji park post office asking for kyc form for said account (which we have already given) because they could not find in their finacel system
My question is how they varified signature on cheque for cash withdrawal and chequse clearance till now.
Asking for such douctment is nothing but haressment to senior citizen
If you return or reject my cheque for the reason " signature is not on finacel system " then there will be no alternative than to lodge complaint in consumer forum and shivaji park police station which should be noted

My PLI policy AP-YS-154011-B matured on 07.08.2020, i submitted all the required papers on the same day. I was told that i would receive a letter with in one week, come along with that letter. As i didn't receive any letter, i approached again on 18.08.2020. i was told the latter had been despatched. I received it on 19th, and went to Gumtur HO in the mofrning, i was asked to come after 3.30pm . Again i went at 3.35 pm, but the lady at the concerned seat told I have not yet received the sanction letter, she could do nothing in this regard. Then i approached Post Master, he called the messenger, arranged for the work to be done. I have waited up to 4.30pm, but the lady was busy with her otherwork, asked me to wait still, she has to verify it, - NO ASSURANCE
IT IS VERY PITY, AFTER 20 YEARS PAYMENT OF PREMIUM, HOW MUCH TIME AND ENERGY I HAVE TO INVEST TO GET MY POLICY PROCEEDS. there is no concern at all towards customer service.

Could not find my parcel

Post office rait tehsil shahpur district kangra h. P. 176208. Today i went to post office for cash withdrawal. And female employee of this branch misbehaved and accused me in front of minimum 15 people. She said counting cash before giving to customer is not her job its the duty of customer... And after entering in copies she don't put stamp she always misbehave with people she don't even know how to talk to senior citizen, youth, etc she always misbehave. I request please take action otherwise i can't put my money in post office because of the behavior of your employee.

The online tracking of the consignment on india post official website is showing item delivery confirmed on 14th august at 16:03 but no item has been delivered to me yet.

I had ordered baby products from patpat online website on 26th june 2020. But still i havnt received the product. On tracking the parcel the order has arrived to destination country i.e. India on 27th july 2020. But there is no movement since then. I requested and sent mails to pat pat about where is my order ? And when is the delivery expected. They responded by saying it is in transit, reached your country and will reach you shortly. But no movement again i mailed pat pat website about the delivery they responded that it is with india post please contact the post and provided me with the link to check the consignment. Upon checking the link it shows from 17th august 2020 and its in Delhi india post and the parcel is moving within Delhi post office. They have provided with international mail service customare care which shows wrong number. On 18th august 2020 i again tracked the consignment it shows delivered to gurnaam. But there is no gurnaam at my address and my address is in Mumbai which is clearly mentioned on the order/parcel. And the order isnt delivered yet but shows delivered.

Please let me know about my parcel and when it will be delivered. It has taken about 20-25 days and order is with India post. I have sent India post complaint regarding the same but no response yet.
