I tried to buy stamps from epost office from their online portal (www.epostoffice.gov.in).
I paid 2290/- and the amount got debited from my account but the transaction status is shown as incomplete.

Philately transaction no. Phi[protected]
Payment gateway id: 187790
Transaction date:[protected]:34:00 am
Amount: 2290
Status: incomplete

The payment gateway was payu.

Kindly let me know if the transaction has been successful and if not please initiate my refund.

Got the refund from India Post on 12th Oct 2020. The complaint was raised in India Post twitter account and it worked.

    Had sent an international parcel on August 6, 2020, from Bengaluru (from Whitefield S.O. post office) to Toronto.

    I have been tracking the status of my parcel lately (tracking number: EK[protected]IN), but it hasn't been updated since August 10. The last status showed as "Custom Return". I raised a complaint(Complaint No:[protected]) & also personally checked with the local post office (Whitefield S.O) for the same. Neither has helped & I am stuck. Am unable to track my parcel nor know where it is.

    Can you please look into it and provide an update on my parcel & let me know if any formality is pending from my end. With every passing day, time is becoming crucial as it needs to be delivered before September 6, 2020. Hope you understand.
    No information on the parcel for 3 weeks.

        My item was dispatched on 4th August 2020 at air lgbi ap tmo assam
        After that it was updated till 11th August 2020 at 12:45:22 am at air lgbi ap tmo where it was shown as dispatched but till now its been 13 days no update is there in the india post portal.. It is really very important article for me..

          I'm am following up for this for 2 weeks on twitter also now, but no response at all. There is no lock down in that area but still not delivering.

          I do all my business deliveries with india post and i'm getting bad name and customer is shouting and asking for refund and is giving bad reviews on me in social media and my business is getting spoiled.

            I have raised compliant here, on twitter, on DOP tracking. But no one is responding and there is no movement in package.
            It is more than 40 days since parcel was booked. either it has to be delivered to my customer or returned to me!!!

                My parcel with CM[protected]IN via registered mail is intended for pincode 422605 but it's sent to wrong pincode 442605 and it went to and fro from Chandrapur to Gadhchiroli at least 3 times. It's not sent to correct district i.e Ahmednagar then Sangamner. Now its more than month.

                          Tracking Number: EM[protected]IN

                          The parcel was booked in Mumbai (400064) on 31-Jul-2020 for Kolasib S.O (PIN 796081). It reached KOL AP NSH on 7-Jul-2020. The status has not changed/updated since that date. It has been 13 days now. I really need for the parcel to be delivered. I understand that there are delays due to Covid-19. So can I at least know if this delivery is still in process or if the parcel is lost?

                              I am holding saving bank acvount (No [protected]) jointly with my husband Mr. Girish Manohar Vartak (Both o[censored]s are senior citizen) Mr. Kaustubh Girish Vartak(Copy passbook front page enclosed)
                              myself and my husband have received letter from shivaji park post office asking for kyc form for said account (which we have already given) because they could not find in their finacel system
                              My question is how they varified signature on cheque for cash withdrawal and chequse clearance till now.
                              Asking for such douctment is nothing but haressment to senior citizen
                              If you return or reject my cheque for the reason " signature is not on finacel system " then there will be no alternative than to lodge complaint in consumer forum and shivaji park police station which should be noted

                                  My PLI policy AP-YS-154011-B matured on 07.08.2020, i submitted all the required papers on the same day. I was told that i would receive a letter with in one week, come along with that letter. As i didn't receive any letter, i approached again on 18.08.2020. i was told the latter had been despatched. I received it on 19th, and went to Gumtur HO in the mofrning, i was asked to come after 3.30pm . Again i went at 3.35 pm, but the lady at the concerned seat told I have not yet received the sanction letter, she could do nothing in this regard. Then i approached Post Master, he called the messenger, arranged for the work to be done. I have waited up to 4.30pm, but the lady was busy with her otherwork, asked me to wait still, she has to verify it, - NO ASSURANCE
                                  IT IS VERY PITY, AFTER 20 YEARS PAYMENT OF PREMIUM, HOW MUCH TIME AND ENERGY I HAVE TO INVEST TO GET MY POLICY PROCEEDS. there is no concern at all towards customer service.
