My consignment (EH[protected]IN) is bagged since July 11 at Gurgaon NSH and no further status is being updated or the item has not been delivered yet. Please deliver it to the address as soon as possible. It is taking too much time....

On 19.06.2020. I sent some legal documents from rohtak to kolkata through registered parcel (Ch[protected]in). It was a yellow packet with brown tapes along the 4 borders weighing 1204 gms. 28 days have elapsed since, but no information has been updated after 20.06.2020.in the india post portal for tracking consignment. I have posted office document by registered post on 8th of july. For this i was charged rs.200. Since 10th of july it's showing as despatched from mancherial.in this connection i haven't got any satisfied information from postal department. By which i am feeling tensed....

While contacting at customer complaint online, the only answer you get is about status update but when they will redeliver my documents. Its really unreliable service which india post is providing....

I have sent a parcel by speed post on 2/7/20 from darjeeling to police training school 247 a. J. C bose road alipore kolkata while tracking it shows received in alipore h. O. On 8/7/20. I have been waiting for it to be delivered but after 6 days that is on 13/7/20 still i have not received it so iam compelled to complaint about the delay because it can be a cause of negligence.
